Simple hotel for 1 or 2 nights, OK but not recommended for longer. Breakfast especially the presentation is a disaster! The location to the city center is great and that's the only good thing about this hotel!

We didn’t have much time here and stayed in an “apartment” at this hotel, not a usual room. It was spacious, clean and convenient. There is an elevator available and parking in the yard. The staff are friendly and nice! We haven’t tried breakfast, but it’s available for an extra payment.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms spartan... there was no cleaning from Friday to Sunday. In the bathroom there were only 2 towels for 2 people and a mini shower mat. Tv only went thwarted! Only third programs. Window facing the main street was a disaster. Even with the windows closed you could hear the traffic very loudly at night. The breakfast with all dignity. Wheat rolls to bake every day. The same sausage every day. Ham, salami and only 1 type of cheese. Lots of yogurt and jam. Cake unrefrigerated without a lid! Lots of sweets! No fruit or only apples. A little more was provided on Sunday. 1 new type of ham, a bit of avocado and peppers. No croissants or other rolls. I don't recommend this hotel!! Unless you don't value any of that and want to live close to the center. The operators are friendly and try hard... but unfortunately that doesn't work.

It's always nice to spend the night at the Hotel Elisenhof. Good location in the city center, and the train station is also relatively close. Friendly staff and also at reception and room service.

After reading many negative reviews, I understand that you won't know what it's really like here until you come here in person. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good, there is a large selection of everything, the bread rolls are always fresh. I come here every month for work, the rooms are cozy, they are cleaned every day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and cozy, with a fantastic view of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had an excellent rest. The service was first class - the staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. I was particularly impressed by the rich breakfast buffet with a large selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The location of the hotel is also ideal: you can be in the city center in just a few minutes and public transport is easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

Oh my God😳. We booked this hotel on a recommendation because we only stayed there to sleep and have breakfast. The dilemma started when we checked in. The room was booked for 3 nights and had already been paid for in advance. We were given the key for our room. We hadn't even gotten to the elevator when the employee called us back and said we had canceled the room, which of course was complete nonsense. The boss was supposed to clarify this and then quickly found the reservation. You should simply have trained staff at the reception who also understand the guests and the guests also understand this person. Unfortunately, the room faced the street, so in this heat, there was no air conditioning in the room, but you could open the window Sleeping was out of the question. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and there are constant trains. The room was large, but unfortunately not really tidy. There were only 2 shower towels and one for the floor, no towel for the face. The toothbrush cups, which we would never use, still had toothpaste from the previous tenant on them🤢, the toilet lid wobbled back and forth, the toilet brush had also had its time🤢. The TV didn't work, the boss tried to find some program ,but without success. The room was neither tidied nor was the bathroom cleaned. The next day we were given a different room due to all the deficiencies. That was fine, the beds were also good. For breakfast there were cheap baked wheat rolls that weren't really good, no other rolls were offered. No fresh juices, just from the Tetra Pack. The tables weren't even wiped down after they were cleared away. The cleanliness in this hotel leaves a lot to be desired☹️. You can use the parking spaces in front of the hotel with a parking ticket or you can drive behind the house in the yard 😶🙄.The only positive thing about this hotel was the boss, who really tried hard to help.So we wouldn't recommend this hotel and we definitely won't be coming back.

Gosh. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever seen. And I drive a coach.Although I can't judge the room at all.Company has booked rooms.Went there with confirmation, but the lady at reception couldn't find it.Do you have to wait for the boss to come? When asked when? Sometime.I prefer to sleep in my bus, especially since the night is short.JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL
