Hello. Nice place recommended for a short trip. The rooms are clean and practical. Sanitary facilities in an upscale style and very clean. The kitchen makes an effort. Unfortunately, understaffed staff from CZ have to take care of a large audience. It would be nice if more local people complemented the service. Otherwise everything is generally satisfactory. I'd love to come back.

Incredible handling of a booked event, you cannot rely on a booked event date, it is simply canceled with the reason "no staff to cater". A no go for me.

Everything was actually great, but there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to service.One had the impression that the staff was completely overloaded and had no insight. Orders were brought to the tables incorrectly and it was a constant mess.Which is of course a real shame.

Beautiful hotel - we really liked the rooms, the food, the wellness area. In contrast to our first stay, we had no peace and quiet due to several major events, which is what you would have expected from a yoga hotel in the forest. Seat reservations are also available for breakfast. The gentlemen arrive around half past ten, until then the comfortable seats remain unoccupied. The rest can sit in the drafty foyer, which was used like a train station hall by the events. Too bad.

We actually booked Schlagsahl for 5 people in June, didn't get anything at the end of September, had to go back home. I think it's very significant for the omission. I got a pizza voucher for the next year, thanks for nothing, preferably no star except the food was really good recently

I booked a yoga weekend. Friday to Saturday evening everything was relaxed and relaxed. Breakfast and dinner were very good. From Saturday evening onwards it wasn't nice anymore, there was a wedding being celebrated and the noise and volume were too much. I got a room above the event and barely slept a wink. The recovery was gone. Something like this shouldn't happen and must and should be taken into account. If you offer wellness, noise pollution must be kept to a minimum. On Sunday after the yoga class I was looking forward to the great breakfast and it was disappointing. Nothing was set, so we had to ask the staff to give us coffee and cups. We ran out of scrambled eggs and we had to ask for butter because it wasn't refilled straight away. The hotel offers the yoga courses and knows how many guests will come afterwards. Why is there no overview of the participants and number of table settings at breakfast. The sauna area and the swimming lake are really great. These areas invite you to relax and enjoy. I'll try again but ask first if there are any big events taking place at that time. What was also ignoredI said by email and when checking in that I don't tolerate wheat flour well, and that wasn't addressed at all. A week earlier I would have had to return the food. It's just a good thing that I have to take tablets and I didn't have to torture myself with pain. Something like this is very important to note! Yoga trainer Katja is highly recommended. Nice place for excursions, hikes etc in the area (Ore Mountains). Friendly staff. Good down-to-earth food, authentic good pizza, very good selection at the breakfast buffet. Also vegetarian alternatives. Very nice sauna area. Different themed rooms with art available for purchase. Yoga retreats and fasting cures. Gladly again.

We were here for a short vacation and were very satisfied. We had booked a 2-night wellness package as a short vacation and all points were adhered to without any problems. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft for us, but everyone is different so that's not a point of criticism. The bathroom was clean but a bit old.Something could be improved here. The food was very tasty and if you order pizza you get it personally brought to you by the Sicilian pizza maker. Very cool and definitely try it when you are here. The natural swimming pond lives up to its name and perhaps needs some attention. Nature is ok, but no one wants to swim through weeds and algae. All in all, 2 wonderful days and Saxon Switzerland can be reached in an hour's drive.

We were here for a short vacation. The ambience is great and the path into nature is short.Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't great and the mattresses were a bit too hard.But the very good breakfast and delicious dinner made up for it.All in all, definitely recommended.
