A reasonably priced and good hotel where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of Warung Street and be surrounded by the sounds of birds chirping and dokkee. The environment is perfect for relaxing and relaxing. Unfortunately, the room smelled musty.

The room has potential, high ceilings, beautiful furniture, superb view from the balcony.- But the bathroom deserves to be redone, it is really very very basic and is not up to the standard of the room.- The soundproofing is non-existent, you have the impression of living with your neighbors and you can hear even the slightest throat clearing.- The cleaning that is done is really very approximate. When I arrived there was a lot of dust and dead insects under the bed. It is clearly seen that the staff never cleans in this place.- The sink was clogged. The staff fixed the problem the next day.- The mosquito net is full of dust so it is not pleasant to put it on when you are on the bed.- The wifi doesn't work well so it's not easy if you have to work online for example. There is potential but many things can really be improved.

I just got back from Ubud, and I wanted to share my experience at Jati Homestay.Follow me on IG ( lawyer.traveler.dreamer) for more footage of this property.Location, Location, Location!Ubud is amazing, and staying at Jati Homestay put me right in the center of it all. It was so easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and explore the town. But even though it was central, the homestay itself felt peaceful and quiet. My favorite part was seeing locals come bring offerings to the Gods in the morning! Such a peaceful and soothing view.Great Value for Budget TravelersLet's be honest, travel can get expensive, and Jati Homestay was a lifesaver for my wallet. The room was basic, but clean and comfy, which is all I really need after a day of adventuring. I paid 20€/night for 2 people without breakfast. The Staff Makes the DifferenceThe staff at Jati Homestay were fantastic. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They really made me feel welcome, almost like I was at home. They also helped me with the luggage to the road which was a nice touch.Just a Heads UpIf you're looking for a super luxurious stay, Jati Homestay might not be the perfect fit. The rooms are on the basic side but super comfortable. For me, it wasn't a big deal, but I wanted to mention it in case it's important to you.Overall ImpressionIf you're on a budget and want a clean, friendly place to stay in a perfect location, Jati Homestay is a great choice. The staff is awesome. However, if you can't live fancy amenities, you might want to consider another hotel.

This guesthouse is located in central Ubud, at the end of an alley and overlooks the forest. You can't hear the sounds of the street, but only those of nature. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the patio has a nice sofa to relax in, you will find a hairdryer, coffee, tea, sugar and kettle, wardrobe, desk and bedside tables with lamp. The bathroom is large and there are liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel, a little dated, but clean. I didn't even see a single insect. The structure is managed by 3 very kind and hard-working young brothers. I highly recommend

Mediocre to escape! Photos that make you want to on the booking site... but not consistent with reality, dirty rooms, sheets with holes and stains, no TV, power cuts several times, moldy bathroom and full of insects and reptiles that fit under the ceiling, the reception is dirty, lack of modernity... the staff remains nice but that's not everything... I booked elsewhere and better

Unfortunately a horrible stay and had to cut it short and move.i) The walls are paper thin : i could hear every single word and every single thing in the room next door. plus there is super loud music at night. bring ear plugs.ii) the wifi was extremely weak despite my room being closest to the router. I had work calls scheduled and couldn't take them as wifi was too weak, so I had to move to another place.iii) the staff unfortunately are not helpful. when I arrived I was told I could only check in around 6pm because some workers had machinery in the room. I asked to see the room, but the clerk refused, and said he didn't have they key.If you don't mind noise and don't need wifi, stay here. Otherwise, run.

The hotel has an excellent location, good price €94 for 3 nights for two people with breakfast included. The structure of the rooms is regal, however our room (I couldn't see the others) was very poorly maintained, dirty, leaking, with no place to organize clothes. It left a lot to be desired 😰. Too bad, with plumbing repairs, cleaning and purchasing at least clothes hangers it would raise points for the hotel room. The hotel has wifi, but there is no television or radio.🫣Positive point, it is immersed in beautiful tropical vegetation!Getting to the hotel was an odyssey since it is hidden and cannot be seen from the street, and there are few signs indicating the location of the hotel😥. When we arrived at the reception it was unmanned, a neighbor lady helped us and went out to look for the lady at the reception. Most of the time we passed by the reception, it was unstaffed 😰At night it was difficult to sleep because of the permanent leak in the air conditioning in addition to the leak in the bathroom... Pluc, pluc, pluc all day and all night... 💧💧💧
