Rooms away from street noise, Balinese style with a beautiful interior temple. In the rooms there is dampness and a musty smell. The worst thing is that the walls do not soundproof at all and you could hear the next door neighbor all night, I couldn't sleep. There is a common kitchen which is a positive although the utensils are poor. The service refused to lend me some detergent… what a shame. Pay 150,000 for a room with a fan and hot water with a private bathroom. There are other better options like Kacu Ubud Inn where for the same price they offer renovated rooms without dampness, freshly painted and with AC.

Nice place to stay, good location, you will need to walk from the main road as cars do not go down the lane, nice large areas to sit and eat breakfast or to do yoga and exercise, room a good size and clean, bed comfy, owners were lovely and very helpful. Good value for money

the rooms are clean and comfortable, there are fans and air conditioning and the place is comfortablethe service is a little lacking, why do I say inadequate because when checking in the receptionist was not clear in providing information, and was not polite because I was immediately shouted at, not called to my room, then I had to go back and forth to the roomFor the location, this isn't the Ubud main road, but you have to go back in and cars can't get in

Guys, sorry, but only three stars out of five.Pros:- wonderful garden- fast wi-fi- peaceful neighbors- walking distance to the center- cheap priceMinuses:-in the toilet there is a curtain instead of a door- the mattress under the sheet is very dusty- construction work begins at half past seven in the morning- the cleaner is extremely unfriendlyThe hotel has many undeniable advantages; we considered it as long-term housing in the future, turning a blind eye to the shortcomings. But the local cleaner spoke to us very rudely, stood near the door, forcing us to check out early. As a result, we left the hotel after a quick packing at 11.20.Conclusion: It's not bad for one night in Ubud, but be prepared to pack up very quickly and under pressure in the morning.

The accommodation is still inside and there are lots of rooms. Only yesterday when my wife and I were staying overnight there was an incident of theft and it was very, very disturbing. There are different types of rooms and some have private bathrooms and some have outdoor bathrooms and there are also sharing kitchens

Like many other homestay this one also is also really cheap. Location is perfect as it's located almost in central Ubud. Try not to book the cheapest room that they give because that one seems to be for the backpackers who won't be staying back in the room much and also they don't have AC in those rooms. The other rooms are perfect and you would get more than what you paid for. Breakfast was nice as well. I loved how they have separate sitting spaces where we can sit and even chat with others staying there or if you are a big group then you can gather there have a drink and have fun.

Great location and very affordable price. It is a budget hostel, so the rooms and bathroom are also budget, but the service is very nice, the garden is beautiful. There are also washing machines in the hostel.

Would not recommend to stay in this guesthouse. The rooms are filled with black mould, walls are made of paper it looks like, you can hear everything the next door person is doing or saying, loud during the night having people smoking and drinking outside the rooms, all the smoke would come into your room. In overall a pretty traumatic experience, would not recommend, the only thing good about this place it’s the location but there are much better guesthouses within the same location for a similar price.

The hosts are incredible! Wonderful people. Especially the housewife who washes clothes. She does it with such love that I easily gave her my underwear to eat.I haven't tried the food.Top location!The room itself is large, clean linen. The only negative is the frequency in the bathroom. It was very dirty and stank of urine. So I bought a bathroom cleaner and poured out the entire tube) after that everything was fine!

got a room for 170,000 / night, friendly staff, standard bed, fan, warm shower, there are cheaper rooms but the bathroom is outside, parking along the alley in front of the homestay but safe, walking 50m to the front of the alley is the main road of Ubud, easy to find eat, near Ubud art market, near Puri Desa Ubud, near Saraswati Temple, definitely come back to this place if there is a chance to go to Ubud again

I stayed in Ubud until late and decided to stay overnight. I found a luxury room in a Buckingham hotel (this is the standard in regular hotels) with a full bed, private bathroom, and terrace. I didn’t make a reservation, I went to see it live. When we arrived, we were first shown a room that was not in the best condition (it smelled of mold and there was no door in the toilet, only a curtain). I refused to check in and they offered me to look at another room (it’s in the photo) everything was perfect there: the view, the cleanliness, the furniture. Great hotel! Just an easy place to stay in Ubud, nothing Fancy but nothing too simple. Showers are okay and bed is comfortable which is all you’ll really use the homestay for as you’re in Ubud!Laundry is quick and actually smells nice.Overall good value for money

"bed bugs, just avoid"Upon arrival to Leket, we were led to this homestay, even though we booked online for Leket. Although we suspect the family might own both properties, this was unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially due to the one we were led to, having way worse reviews. Both places were connected and looked quite shabby.Anyhow, our room was quite dirty and we found out that it was also infested with bed bugs. We're glad we quickly checked the bed before sleeping and went away because we were quite disgusted with what we saw. Additionally, the shower in our room was not functioning.When we brought up these issues, in a relaxed manner, to the hotel owner and requested a refund after having seen the room, we were met with hostility and baseless accusations. Especially due to us also not getting the room/homestay we booked, we felt quite disappointed with this reaction, but we just left. It's not worth getting bed bug bites over.But yeah, instead of acknowledging and addressing our concerns, the owner became defensive and got quite angry. I find that unacceptable.The homestay was also located on a sketchy, dark street in Ubud.A very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding these two homestays and finding alternative accommodation in the otherwise beautiful but full town of Ubud.

A mediocre homestay that probably would have been okay to stay in for a couple of nights, if they hadn't overbooked and tried to put me in a tiny, dark, damp room right across the reception and right next to a guy pounding some concrete with a mallet.To my comment that the room they are trying to give is NOT the room I booked, they offered NOT an apology but a "we aren't a 5-star hotel, we're a guesthouse so if you don't like it, just leave" and a very interesting "what can we do"...Here's what you can do, incompetent hosts: STOP GREEDILY OVERBOOKING ROOMS and set up listings for each room type you have so that people coming in would get the room they booked! Is that so difficult to do?? You have nothing else to do in life aside from hospitality, and it's really really not rocket science. Also, learn some manners.

The most terrible place I've ever been. In the photographs everything is decent, but in fact we were given a damp, windowless room of 2 square meters, where there was only a mattress on the floor and nothing else. I brought a chair from the street to use as a table. The walls and ceiling are covered in mold, you can’t breathe. The neighbors who rented rooms there don’t know any rules of decency, they make noise all day long, bang on each other’s doors so hard that the whole house shakes. The house itself feels like cardboard, you can hear the neighbors breathing. But when they throw parties, it's a nightmare. It was not possible to sleep.The place is not worth the money at all. We checked in late in the evening, without seeing the room in advance and having already paid for it. It was already too late to look for something else. The impressions remained indelible.
