We stayed in Ubud for 3 nights for travel. It has no advantages other than being close to the monkey forest, restaurants and the market. It doesn't even have breakfast. The pool is tiny, everywhere is full of lizards and insects. There is not even insecticide. It was the worst hotel we chose. I definitely regret it.

Note this villa is located on a main busy road. I stayed here for 5 nights and unfortunately got a room that was situated near the entrance where I could hear the incessant noisy traffic. It was so loud I had to use ear plugs every night to get to sleep. There are many other villas on this main street but they are situated further from the street itself so they're likely to be quieter. Just something to keep in mind if you're a sensitive/light sleeper. The location is fantastic, close to shops and restaurants and a 5-min walk to the Yoga Barn. The room itself was fine, clean and spacious. The AC was located in a position where it didn't fill the entire L-shaped room so it got hot during the night (my friend's room didn't have that issue so depends on which room you get). I was in an upstairs room so it was light-filled. However, you can't keep your curtains open to let the light in as everyone could see inside.

We stayed for three nights, the room did not face the pool, dimly lit and somewhat dirty… the towels were clean, but instead of white they were gray. The staff is generally pleasant, but it is true that we did not exchange much contact either. Something expensive in relation to quality~price, the best thing about it is the location 20' from monkey forest and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

It's amazing!!!We stayed for 8 nights in a suite room. The room is big, with sofas and a couch, the bed is good, the bathroom is bigger than hotel. Our toilet flush didn't work well and the staff fixed it immediately and it turned great. It's close to ANYTHING!! Even in front of cafe, drug store and spa, near money changer, fancy restaurants and Cafés, monkey forest etc.I love staying here and pretty sure I'll recommend this villa to all of my friends and I will stay here again when I come to Ubud.

The room is a bit dirty, the position of the electrical plugs is also a bit strange and few. Wifi is so slow that you can't even watch the TV. Parking can only be 2 cars. The only added value is that everyone is very friendly.

We felt so comfortable from the moment we stepped into this villa. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room is darn clean which I was really impressed. It’s located very strategically, not noisy for us- we had a great sleep the 5 nights we stayed. This villa is better than the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. The pool is clean, this place is awesome. I will definitely come back 😊

I stayed in the suit with pool view and had a very comfortable experience. I ended up extending my stay as I was so at home here. The staff were tentative but very discreet, not nosey or too chatty which was great as I mostly wanted to rest. The room had a lovely balcony with vines overhanging so it fell very natural and cosy. I spend time eating and reading there when it wasn’t too hot.The pool area was kept very clean and neat and I enjoyed swimming and lounging there on hot days. The king bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. I was expecting lots of mosquitoes but there were very few that came in the room and the net kept me big free at night. Shower and bath tub worked well. The best part was the location. I could walk to yoga (I won’t mention the name so my review doesn’t get taken down but it’s the main one) in 5 mins via a back ally and there was great food and coffee options within minutes walk. The laundry place across the road was reliable and cheap. Everything you could want and 5-10 mins on a bike can get you to most of Ubud. There was a bit of street noise and activity at times but that is just Ubud. For the most part it was very peaceful. Will be staying again.I would definitely recommend this spot

Our suite was comfortable. We liked having the room upstairs and a separate seating area downstairs with a second bathroom. The bed was comfy and had a net to keep the bugs away!Wifi was a little spotty but good enough. Hot showers were so nice. Friendly staff. The walls are thin so you can hear other guests quite a bit, but not a huge issue.
