I was in the hotel on a business trip. I liked everything. Special thanks to the girl at the reception. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, I only know that she is from Turkey. Very nice, polite and helped with the adapter for my vaporizer, which literally saved my business trip.

We stayed here as a family with a baby for a short vacation. The rooms were great and we even had a view of Lake Constance. You can reach Friedrichshafen in just a few minutes by car.At check-in everyone was very friendly and the cleaning team was also very nice.Only this morning there was a very harsh lady in the breakfast room who shouted at my daughter several times that she needed the room number even though I signaled to her that I would give it to her straight away. Furthermore, we were not allowed to go to the place where we had been sitting for the last few days because it was supposed to be so is no longer possible with a stroller today.It's a shame that the last impression is so negative and that we are leaving like this

Nice rooms with lake views. Very quiet. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed. The drinks machine is broken. It's a shame that in this beautiful weather you don't even have anything to drink. Unfortunately there are no restaurants nearby either.

Had a booking for Saturday to Thursday. On Wednesdays we are informed that parking spaces must also be reserved. Nobody can be reached by phone because the phone is broken - “IT should come”. When asked via chat, there were no more parking spaces available. The alternative we were given was a parking garage, which was a 30-minute walk away. Then had to cancel. If the whole thing had been communicated early, this could have been avoided.

We've never had such a terrible stay. The air conditioning didn't work. At night we had to open the balcony door so that we could at least cool off a bit. No parking space, although stated in the description. We would have to find a parking space in the city. No recommendation.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel! This hotel probably only gets its guests through the price. Street side makes the impression of the 70s. Dark entrance and 10 euros for parking per day. Location on the edge between the district office and the veterinary office. Payable immediately upon check-in. Unappetizing breakfast room with completely cramped buffet conditions and dirty carpeting. Dogs tolerated in the breakfast room.👎👎👎Restaurant has been abandoned and none in the immediate vicinity! Lake view only on the 4th floor, the rest looks out onto the parking lot or something else. The room was only cleaned sporadically (coffee stains on the floor, etc.). The sink in the bathroom had large cracks, the ceiling panel was installed sloppily, no closet, just a shelf or shelf. This hotel cannot be compared to other 4 star hotels because it does not meet current requirements! It's a shame... not going there again!

Everything is of the highest quality. Frequent room cleaning, excellent, varied breakfast. Bus stop nearby. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the balcony on the fourth floor. I highly recommend this hotel.

**Review of Hotel Plaza in Friedrichshafen, Bodensee (Stay from 5th to 15th August 2024)**Our experience at the Hotel Plaza in Friedrichshafen, Bodensee, was marked by several negative points, despite some positive aspects. Starting with parking, the hotel advertised availability, but when we arrived, we were surprised by the lack of spaces and the charge of 13 euros per day. This information was not mentioned during the reservation, nor was the need to make a prior reservation for parking, which caused us a lot of inconvenience, especially since there were no other parking options nearby.The breakfast, paid separately, left a lot to be desired. The variety and quality of the food offered did not justify the price charged, and we ended up choosing to buy food at the Rewe supermarket, which is opposite the hotel, where we found much better options.Another frustrating aspect was the restaurant issue. Although the hotel advertised that it had a restaurant, we discovered that it only served breakfast and nothing else. As the hotel is far from restaurants and bars, we had to take a bus or subway whenever we wanted to eat or drink something. Although the transportation service offered by the hotel was excellent and facilitated our access to the Promenade, this situation did not compensate for the lack of options at the hotel itself. After a day of sightseeing or enjoying Lake Constance, it was unpleasant not being able to simply relax in a restaurant in the hotel or order something back to the room.It is worth noting that Lake Constance, which is close to the hotel, was one of the highlights of our trip. We visited Strandbad several times, a fantastic place to spend the day in the shade of the trees and swim in the lake. This was, without a doubt, one of the best moments of our stay.Furthermore, the minibar in the room didn't work properly, which forced us to improvise with our cooler, buying ice daily at Rewe to keep our drinks cold.On the other hand, the receptionists were exceptional. They were always ready to help us and respond to all our requests with great kindness and efficiency. They did their best to overcome the inconveniences we faced, but, unfortunately, the hotel's limitations did not allow our experience to be better.In summary, despite some positive points, such as the proximity to Lake Constance and the excellent service provided by the receptionists, the lack of essential amenities and the lack of clarity in information about the hotel's services made our stay at the Hotel Plaza less pleasant than we waited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and convenience on an extended stay.

We were there with our bikes and the hotel is well located near Lake Constance. But that's not 4 stars. The rooms are not high quality enough for 4 stars. Breakfast for €15 was quite ok. Overall the price is okay given the location, but there are certainly better alternatives

The room was spacious and clean, towels and soap were provided. There was also a kettle, tea bags and instant coffee in the room. I could turn the air conditioning on and off as needed.The staff was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was rich and generous.The hotel is very easy to reach by public transport.

Very clean room, comfortable beds. Breakfast very tasty and sufficient. Unfortunately there was no parking space but we had enough near the hotel.
