The hotel is not recommended! At least not for longer stays (3 days or more).Unlike other hotels in the area in a similar price range, the room does not have air conditioning. On the way to the room you have to walk through a long hallway. An abnormal stench awaits you in this hallway, which cannot be correctly assigned and makes you feel sick. Once in the room, the smell is no longer as extreme, but is still present in the stuffy, muggy mini hallway. It was very stuffy in the entire room. The time of the visit was at the beginning of August. The hotel does not provide the customer with a fan during these hot months.The bathroom also smells of sewage and mold. Mold growth can be found along the shower. When we arrived, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly as there was still a lot of hair on the floor. The bath towels were probably not clean enough because hygiene problems arose after multiple uses...The bed was a bit dilapidated and wasn't exactly comfortable to sleep on. The chair almost collapsed when I sat down. The television is very outdated, normal television is not possible. Switching programs is only possible after waiting a long time, otherwise the television switches off and on again automatically. In addition, the television often switched itself on, but it was pointed out that this was due to a program change by Vodafone and that it should be unplugged when not in use. Even after 2 weeks of staying, the television still didn't work properly and the information was there for an unknown time before the stay.The hotel itself also looks very old, including all the furniture. The owners and employees obviously don't value preservation either. When we left, satisfaction wasn't even asked.The only positive thing was the central location and the mini kitchen available in the hallway with cutlery, pots and a pan. The rest was clearly not convincing, which is why we decided to use a different hotel for our next stay.The price/performance ratio is unsatisfactory for many reasons. The Hotel Acora can definitely be an emergency solution for short stays, but it is really only an emergency solution.

The bedroom was under the attic. It was 34 degrees that weekend. No air conditioning, it was a short night for me. Unbearably hot. Breakfast was OK, parking €7/night is fair. Staff was friendly. Fridge worked fine. We didn't use the kitchen.The stairs up to the bedroom (maisonette) were really narrow and very unusual and dangerous for me. Not suitable for older people. Price was ok.

The room has no air conditioning, so it was really hot in our room! The beds were too hard and there is a very large bump in the sofa bed. The service is nice. There is a parking lot. The hotel is not one building but apartments in several flats.

Well, you can't talk to Ms. Frey at all, very uncomfortable when she doesn't feel like going to work, she explained to me that I was allowed to park in the back and then told me with a big mouth that we should piss off otherwise cars would be towed away. So really. But I got a room that wasn't cleaned, where the TV was still on, the bed was completely messed up and the towels were completely dirty. Not here anymore

I stayed in a Maisonette apartment. It was clean with thoughtful details throughout. For example, there were plenty of places to hang towels in the bathroom, the kitchenette had all the basic necessities with even a little knob to hang the kitchen towel, and there were two new outdoor chairs for the balcony. I also really appreciated how quiet the room was.For the negatives, the room itself was quite old. The chairs in the living room should be reupholstered since they were cracked and flaking off. Also, a more comfortable chair would be welcome in the living room. The lack of AC was unfortunate given the high heat levels one day, but I know this isn’t a simple fix with how German buildings are designed. I did not have breakfast or use a car, so I can’t comment on the breakfast or parking situations.

Hello,I have stay in this hotel in 2 rooms for 3 days early this month may 2024. They charged me 30euros for late check out for the two rooms, but they made me pay 15euros more for late check out for one room, and made us leave from one of the rooms.moreover the kitchen's equipement was not working in one of the rooms, thanks we had two rooms and we had to cook in one room for all of the attendees.beside all these cons and guts, when i came back to paris and i paid attention about the invoice, and then i mentioned them the équipement was not working, so i need a commercial gesture for that and a refund back of the 30euros for no reason.they keep arguing and going back and forth and they haven't pay back at least the 30euros for almost 4 weeks now

Due to a five-day business trip, our employer, which is part of a large corporation, booked a room including breakfast for me and my three work colleagues for the same conditions and the same price.Location:The location is very good. There are several tram stops nearby and there is a Rewe and an Edeka nearby and a few restaurants, including a kebab shop that is very good. The city is either 5 minutes by tram or about 20 minutes on foot.Reception:The reception was a disaster. We looked for the hotel and went straight to reception. There were four of us and we each had a backpack and a suitcase with us. There was enough space in the reception for four people. There were two women at the reception. One of them was very friendly and the other was very, very rude and unfriendly. She immediately barked at us and told two of us to stay outside until the other two were finished checking in. She didn't let us say anything and basically threw us out!!!. My colleagues and I were about to choose another hotel because something like that was a disgrace. I wrote down the employee's name, but I don't want to reveal it here. If the hotel reads this, I can email you with more details. We were all served by this woman and she simply slapped us with the registration form and the key on the table. She only told us breakfast times after we asked. I wouldn't go to the hotel again just because of this woman.Room:The rooms were good. What I really liked was that there was a small kitchen. Cutlery, pots, pans, etc. were all there and everything was clean. The cleaning of the room was somewhat ok. The bed was made but the used towels were not changed daily.Otherwise, overall I didn't miss anything in the room, the room was large, including a balcony. However, there is no air conditioning. It wasn't that warm on site so the room temperature was okay. I can't say what it looks like in summer.Breakfast:The breakfast was ok. There wasn't a huge selection but generally everything was enough. There was good coffee, orange juice, various rolls with cold cuts and small meatballs and sausages and scrambled eggs.What also bothered me was the reception. The lady at the breakfast buffet had to know the room number so that she could see whether we had breakfast included or not. Unfortunately, the woman barely spoke German and barely understood the room number. It didn't work in English either, so I just showed her the room key with the number.On the first day there were difficulties registering for breakfast. Two of us were not included in the breakfast list. Luckily we were able to prove in the attachment to our booking confirmation that we had booked breakfast.Pay:The pay was also a disaster. All four of us colleagues had different bills, despite the same conditions. At the reception there was again a man who could hardly speak German. At the beginning my amount was completely wrong. After several back and forths, I finally paid the correct amount. However, my colleagues also had difficulties. A colleague of mine had to pay extra, but he had paid the correct amount. Needless to say, he had to go down and sort it out the next day.The booking confirmation was really golden.We were all annoyed and couldn't understand why there were so many misunderstandings despite the same conditions!!!Conclusion:The hotel and the location is ok but the staff was a disaster. That's why I personally wouldn't go to the hotel again because I don't want to receive a wrong bill and I don't want to be bullied even though I haven't done anything. Because the customer is king and there you feel like you are a lady!!!
