I generally don't like writing bad reviews, but for the price quoted, the room was subpar.Bedding with stains, extra bed with stains. The equipment was very run down.The highlight was the warped door. Absolutely noisy (hence poor sleep) and from inside you could see outside through a crack. To make matters worse, the door, which had been difficult to close the evening before, could no longer be opened in the morning, so we had to be freed from outside.We had booked 2 more nights, but left the hotel in a hurry - to date no response or goodwill refund.I can only advise everyone to look for something else!

Had to cancel the room I had already paid for in August 2023. Despite email confirmation, I didn't get any money back!!!! Nobody could be reached by phone. Reception is hardly staffed. I am very disappointed with the Arthotel!

In August 2023 I had to cancel my room because breakfast was suddenly not offered. I was assured by email and also by telephone that services paid would be refunded. The cancellation was timely. Payment of the costs already paid has not been paid to date!!!!(June 2024).

Unfortunately I didn't have any good experiences. First they offered breakfast, then not because of a lack of staff. Payment made has not been refunded to date despite cancellation. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reach anyone on the phone yet. It's a shame that paying customers are treated like this. Not friendly and nice

I can only agree with the lousy service.It's a shame that you have to give one star. Zero stars would be justified given this lack of service.We wanted to spend a night in the hotel with 3 friends. Booking via the usual booking platforms was not possible. So we contacted the hotel directly. After a short phone call (after 5 attempts) we were told we should send a booking request via email. We did this and did not receive a booking confirmation for a week, despite repeated requests by email. Nobody can be reached by phone either. The two telephone numbers given on the Internet either cannot be reached or are not picked up at all.Because of this we looked for another hotel.

It's a shame that breakfast isn't offered. .. There is no parking situation for fitters or buses in the city for their vehicles.

Bad service. We were told that our room had already been given to someone else after we contacted the hotel again shortly before our arrival to book another night.We booked well in advance and therefore got a good price. This is probably why we were replaced by other guests.If we hadn't happened to have another change, the hotel would probably have thrown us out on the spot.Cheeky, I can't say anything more about it.

My room was canceled 3 days before the trip because they made a mistake.Booking took place 2 months in advance. I couldn't be offered an alternative.Therefore very poor service and unreliable.

As you can read in the title, the hotel is okay for one night. The entrance area is on the side of the building. Not immediately recognizable. So it's a fifty-fifty chance that you're going in the right direction. …

Small but nice hotel in the heart of Nagold. Card payment possible. Rooms are new, clean and nice. Bathroom a bit small, but also new. I was alone at breakfast, there are two tables and everything was nicely prepared. I had peace and quiet and there was sausage and sweets - great! The reception was very friendly, I was asked when I would like to have breakfast. You can see the effort and heart and it's a nice hotel, so I definitely recommend it!

The rooms are small but finely furnished. Everything clean and comfortable. Unfortunately very noisy, hence a star deduction. The bathroom is new...The breakfast is a bit poor for 10.00 euros. 6.00 to a maximum of 8.00 euros would be appropriate.Very nice reception and also very accommodating.All in all recommended.

Very nice staff, I had a very good breakfast (fresh and particularly tasty), slept comfortably and the rooms were very clean, in the middle of the city everything is convenient for shopping and a good view of the city.
