The rooms are not exactly up to date and overall the building is quite noisy. The staff is friendly and family-run - even the grandparents work. The breakfast was good, both the selection and the quality, especially considering the price.Price-performance unbeatable and just the right thing for one night in Sigmaringen.

The hotel looks very good from the outside and fits perfectly into the old town. The rooms are clean, unfortunately the floor creaked a lot in my case. The breakfast was good and the day could begin.

I can't say anything about the hotel, we had lunch in the Traube. The menu consists exclusively of Swabian dishes. These were delicious 😋 and sufficient.

Stayed here on August 11, 2024 on the way to Italy. This hotel is located in the center, opposite Sigmaringen Castle, which we wanted to visit. The room was super small and very warm. There was a lot of noise from some air conditioning outside, the towels and bedding were unpleasantly hard. The restaurant's kitchen closed at 7:00 PM (without any notice). There is no elevator and many stairs.Apart from the location, there is not much positive to say about this hotel. Not recommended.

The rooms have everything you need. I had one under the roof. Very warm and bright. The beds are comfortable. Mattress rather hard. There was no view as the nearest roof was directly in front of the window. Unfortunately for me, pigeons have also nested there. Active all day and night along with the church bell. If you like it quiet, this is the place for you. No elevator. The breakfast is a lot of ready-made food, baked rolls, but appropriate for the price-performance ratio. The highlight is the top location. In the center in close proximity to the castle and city center.
