Perfect service. Jenny always asked if everything was okay and if I wanted anything else. I haven't experienced that very often. Super great service even though the restaurant was busy. Perfect thank you. I would love to come back and recommend the hotel and restaurant. Also a big compliment to the kitchen, everything tasted perfect, the liver was super tender and not dry, and the eyes were also spoiled by the perfect presentation of the food.

The room was very comfortable with lots of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was small but functional. The wifi was non-existent. The room we had faced the street, and with windows open, we got the street noise and smoke until late, and then the train noises early. All night long, our room was lit up with lights from the street.

We were only at the Hotel Tiergarten for breakfast. Since we arrived by train, the location was perfect for our further activities in Karlsruhe.Everyone in our group really enjoyed the individually ordered breakfast. Alicia, our service person was very friendly and nice.

Too loud, too hot: never again!The location of the hotel is practical at first glance because it is located directly at Karlsruhe main train station. But even in the humid Kalrsruhe summer! - With the windows closed, you can hear everything that's happening outside: shouting restaurant visitors, buses, cars and trams. The hotel doesn't offer free oropax or anything like that.So if you want to sleep through or fall asleep you should stay somewhere else!The rooms also do not have air conditioning. This is another disadvantage because you can't open the windows at night because of the noise.For a business overnight stay where the aim is to be well rested, an absolute disaster!

At the beginning of August we ordered and received a room with a zoo view (see photos). What we didn't realize was that the flamingos whose enclosure we were looking at don't take a break or rest at night, they chatter and croak non-stop, and no one can do anything about it 😉. The smaller part of the beer garden was below our room, which is why the room could not be described as quiet. There was also a ventilation system below the room that constantly made a loud hum/noise. Because of the summer heat, we had to leave the windows open to avoid burning up, so our nights were bad. Shortly after 6 a.m. in the morning, the assistants began to move every table and chair in the beer garden into their correct place and then used the leaf blower to blow every single leaf from right to left.The room was big enough, the bathroom was new, but everything was a bit dusty and slightly dingy (see photos).The staff was very nice and attentive and the beer garden was very cozy. The proximity to the zoo and train station is unbeatable.

You can forget about sleeping here, the room was very noisy.Although I put the card on the door that no one should disturb me, the cleaner knocked on my door twice at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. When I asked the cleaner why they were knocking on the door, he replied "I'm checking if anyone is there" .No air conditioning although you can't sleep with the window openYou'd better look for another hotel.

Cheap and simple but nice hotel, right at the train station. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was sooooo low that it wasn't possible to take a shower. There was more water pressure at the sink.

I reserved a room for a day and paid on the spot. I received confirmation - 1st floor with a view of the lake... in fact we were accommodated on the 2nd floor with a view of the house and partly of the square... -1 star... There was no razor and toothbrush -1 star. Dust under the bed, but not critical. And so - WELL RECEIVED. I checked in an hour earlier, left my things in the storage room - thanks to the employee! Respectful and respectful communication. There is a zoo nearby. The hotel has excellent cuisine.

"Ice ice cream baby"So I went to the bar at Erste Güter in Karlsruhe. I was having some issues with my irritable bowel syndrome, but the bartender Denise really went out of her way to help me. When the food came, she cut it for me and pre-chewed it. This not only helped my IBS, but also allowed me to stay out all night. Denise went to my house and babysat my children for free. Kudos to Denise. This type of service is what all guests dream of when they go to a hotel bar. We recommend.

When booking, no information about the cancellation conditions was given or handed out.Due to sudden illness, cancellation could only be made on the day of arrival. The full amount (including breakfast!) was charged! Truly “exemplary” business conduct!Thanks! Never again!

The hotel is opposite the train station. Despite the location you can sleep well, not too loud.The apartment offers plenty of space and looks very nice. There is a kitchen where you can cook yourself etc. The only thing that bothered me was the window at the top of the roof...in the summer the sun rises very early. The window lets in too much daylight because it doesn't have a curtain and isn't covered...other than that everything was ok. Price-performance ratio was very good.
