Very nice, large room on the 4th floor with a balcony and a wonderful view over the city. Comfortable bed, large walk-in shower with a wonderful water jet, we didn't need a bathtub.Extremely attentive service and very clean. The breakfast was of very good quality and large selection.The location is great, short walk into town.

We stayed for a weekend since we where invited for a wedding in this beautiful place.The rooms where really comfortable, clean, great amenities.The service at the front desk was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful.I only put two stars because regardless of everything already said. I found it extremely disappointing to have been met with such a poor service by some of their staff members at the restaurant. Borderline with racism. It’s not my first time in the region where Ravensburg is, and I have had continuous encounters of racial discrimination in the past, yet it’s not what I expected from a hotel that tries to sale themselves to the public as an luxury experience.For the price we paid I would expect the same amount of respect and attention than any of the others guests.It’s almost unacceptable that so within the 21st century this kind of behaviour is accepted on a venue such as this. Wouldn’t go back there nor recommend it unless you are white, blonde with clear eyes.

We were only there for dinner. A very luxurious restaurant awaits guests with great service, competent advice and excellent food. Fine dining is wonderful here.

You will be greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. Our dog was also welcomed this way. The deluxe rooms are large and have a toilet separate from the bathroom. Kettle, tea, coffee and a minibar are in the room. The hotel is located right next to the old town and you can easily reach everything on foot. The hotel's own underground car park is located under another building, approx. 50m away as the crow flies. At the moment it is a bit difficult to get there due to a construction site, but the hotel staff explained it very well to us.We'll definitely come back soon 😊.

Lovely hotel in a small town. Facilities are beautiful. Menu and wine list is on the expensive side. It has a private garage where you can park the car, however it is a 10mins walk away from the hotel in a completely separate building. You might get lucky and be able to park on the street next to it.

All in all a very nice and recommendable stay.The rooms are very clean, well-equipped and lovingly designed. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and you can pamper yourself in the restaurant. I have been there several times, stay in many hotels and can only recommend the Kaiserhof. The good service is second to none.Tip: Order “Hermanns” as a non-alcoholic drink.

The Kaiserhof is a beautiful hotel on the edge of the old town of Ravensburg. The house is a historic building that has now been lovingly and stylishly modernized to reveal its elegant charm. The tasteful furnishings underline the sophisticated ambience.You feel warmly welcome, be it at reception, room service or in the two restaurants. The room on the 4th floor had a small roof terrace with a view over the entire old town. Beautiful view, completely quiet. However, you can hear the nearby church tower bells. The room facilities are great, the box spring beds are very comfortable.The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. If you want to find something to complain about, you could wish for better labeling and selection for allergy sufferers. We didn't discover any lactose-free products, but we didn't ask about them either.The parking situation is a bit tricky. The hotel offers underground parking spaces that are “two times around the corner”. The nearby construction site (as of June 2024) doesn't make it any better. But everything complained at a high level. Pitches are large, bright and have plenty of maneuvering space.A meal in the Kaisersaal is a culinary experience! Anyone who appreciates sophisticated fine dining should go here and enjoy it.Dogs are welcome in this house. You can go anywhere with you to the restaurant and for breakfast. The green strip around the old town for walking the dog begins directly in front of the hotel. A dog waste bag dispenser is nearby.

Modern hotel with a great location in Ravensburg. We had a quiet room facing the backyard for our weekend stay.The young and committed team was great and always friendly.Unfortunately, the breakfast left something to be desired. Unfortunately there is no fresh fruit available. In a region where there are fresh cherries, strawberries, etc. on every corner, it's unfortunately a shame. I placed it when checking out. The bar restaurant was great. Service and the bar menu are excellent.

The location is ideal and the surroundings are quiet.The food in the restaurant and the atmosphere there are perfect. Instead of generous portions, great emphasis is placed on quality and extremely good service.We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
