The rooms are dirty. The drain in the bathroom is blocked, there are black hairs everywhere in the room, in the bed, in the bathroom... When we complain, the receptionist tells us that it's not his problem and gives us his boss's number. who of course doesn't answer. .My wife was washing her hair without realizing that the bathroom drain was blocked and we then had to collect the water coming out of the shower. Disgusting hotel experience, hotel hygiene, staff.Unnecessary stress for my pregnant wife and me. We didn't even manage to shower after a tiring dayAnd the hotel is not cheap at all, one night cost us 90 euros.Luckily we only booked and paid for one night.Something urgently needs to change in the organization of the hotel, until then you should avoid this hotel in large circles.

The hotel is perfect for a stay in Ludwigshafen. We almost forget the lack of charm of this city when we are in the hotel, which is a cocoon, with a restaurant, a bar, a comfortable welcome, a sauna, a gym, etc. A closed and paid public car park is located right next door.

A very nicely furnished room. More space than in many other hotels we have stayed in so far.Only, like in almost all hotels, this stupid curtain just doesn't close properly. It was always light.Children/baby bed with sweet bed linen, super nice.Construction site, as of September 2024, was exciting for our child (3) to see from the window. Only the stupid green flashing light from the sick and the red lettering from the savings bank flashed through the cracks in the curtain at night.Breakfast was sufficient. Was there what you wanted. The bacon wasn't crispy *laughs* but it still tasted delicious. The scrambled eggs were super tasty.Rolls were OK. Lots of white bread rolls. Few dark/grains, so they were usually gone quickly.Personally, I thought the sausage and cheese selection was quite good. vegetables, fruits.Darbo jam, 6 or even 8 different ones (I think they are) super delicious.Small farmer's yogurt.Cocoa powder and hot milk for the children. Coffee machine, there were two there the next day.Service was very friendly, we made reservations for 8 people. And brought us water for our child. Rolls and everything filled up quickly.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. Rooms noisy and strangely furnished, for example. without ceiling light in the bed/desk area. Breakfast good, unspectacular.

Was here for one night. Parking spaces are reserved for guests in the parking garage around the corner.The room was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning.

Good hotel, very modern with good location. Nice rooms. One star deducted because the room wasn't vacuumed. Completely dusty under the bed. Please improve the service in this regard...

Modernized hotel with rooms and apartments, there is no longer a swimming pool, but there is a large fitness room and a sauna, the new chamber of commerce is being built next to the house, construction noise will certainly be there for some time. I had a room in the opposite direction and noticed nothing

I specifically requested a baby bed and booked two rooms to accommodate 3 adults and two kids. There was only 2 double beds available. So unfortunately a baby and a 3 year old needed to sleep between us on 2 separate rooms. All in all it was a horrible night when we required a short stop to continue our journey.

I was there with another person for 3 nights during the summer time. We checked in around 8pm. The room was sufficiently large and was well air conditioned.Unfortunately we were offered a double bed instead of 2 beds. At that point the hotel was already fully booked and we were offered breakfast and a new room for the following day. We then found out ourselves that there were 2 beds with a double duvet cover and then got a duvet cover from the reception and pulled the beds apart ourselves to have 2 beds.In my opinion there was nothing else to complain about in the room itself and it completely fulfilled its purpose as a place to stay overnight.The breakfast had a good selection and was good. Only there was supposedly only one person for our room on the list, which we then had to correct again.Location is pretty good. The tram can be reached in under 5 minutes and you can reach the S-Bahn in about 10 minutes.Overall I was happy with the hotel. I would consider the place if I were to vacation in the area again. My only criticism is that the hotel should check the bookings more closely. (double bed instead of 2 beds, supposedly only one person booked for the room instead of two at the breakfast buffet)

I am very disappointed!!!! When I went to work today, I locked the door. When I came back from work, the door to my room was completely open!!! That's not normal. It's scary to leave your things in this hotel. I don't recommend this. Front desk staff throws up their hands after reporting the situation. My last visit to this hotel. I strongly advise everyone else not to do this.

Everything is okay, but the hygiene in the rooms is not particularly good. Dried body fluids from previous guests hang on the shower tiles. The dessert cabinet is covered in a layer of dust.

Unfriendly staff! The gentleman at the reception should look for another job. (August 3rd + March 4th morning) We were only able to get into our room 1.5 hours later, without any apology or anything like that. I was also completely annoyed when checking out.Our room (suite) was not clean, there was also an open Redbull in the fridge.Nothing was explained to us, we had to ask which floor the room was on, from what time to what time breakfast was, we had to google it, we didn't know where breakfast was.Absolutely bad, no recommendation to treat yourself there.

A super nice room, beautifully furnished and modern.The room was unbearably warm despite the air conditioning being on the highest setting and lowest temperature. This may be because it was summer and there was too much heat on two floors.The room was not cleaned adequately, the dust mice under the bed didn't come from the fact that it wasn't cleaned for 2 or 3 days.The hotel is okay, the service at the reception is sometimes catastrophic, but sometimes also super good. Sensible and motivated staff really make a difference.The room wasn't cleaned once within 3 days, unfortunately I wasn't informed at check-in that cleaning is not normally done, but it is possible.Location was excellent.

Except that we couldn't check in at 3 p.m. (even though we had made special arrangements), everything was great.The location is okay. Tram stop is 3 minutes walk as well as the Rheingalarie shopping center.

Booked via bookingNot free cancellationCalled a few hours later because I noticed that the wrong date had been chosen.It wasn't possible to rebook, how can you be so inflexible and I don't think the room would have been rented out in a few hours or even booked by someone else.2 requests to rebook both were rejected.I couldn't arrange another arrival directly at the hotel either.I would have even accepted a partial payment, but the store had to pay the full price.Definitely never again and thank you for nothing.
