Big room with a balcony and A/C in the heart of Ubud about 3 min walk to the Monkey Forest. Good price of $30 a night with a flexible staff. Putu at the reception was friendly and will help you with tours or transfers.

It is very well located, walking 5 minutes to the monkey forest, but enough to not have monkeys in the room. It's an old temple, although the rooms are outside .. it's worth going into the pool because then you see the magnitude of the place. The food was great, the quesadillas were great.Unbeatable attention, they advised us about the motorbike and the taxi in Amed.

Rooms are spacious but looks very old like in a horror movie. Bathrooms are very untidy and water didn't drain properly due hair clogging sinks. Bathtub is another terror with cracking sounds. Lizards and insects roaming around the room. It's very horrifying and uncomfortable experience.

It felt like someone had slept in the room yesterday, the bed linen smelled a bit musty, had mildew/mildew stains and other liquid stains. The bed sheet didn't work at all either, which is ok if it's a little gray, but the bed sheet looked like it hadn't been washed in two months and someone had slept there shirtless and sweated. So there was a yellow stain, and there were crumbs of dirt on the sheet. I was very disgusted.I asked the receptionist if the bed could be remade as it was very dirty. After two or three hours I came back only to find a pile of sheets and duvet covers lying on the terrace in front of my room. Because of the humidity, things were very damp. (It's a shame it wasn't reupholstered.)The “new” things weren’t clean either and had lots of stains. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, the bathroom smelled even more unpleasant, a very musty smell. The room itself is very large, there is far too much distance between the (small) TV and the bed.I felt very uncomfortable. In addition, the price is too high for such poor quality.
