The location is not too close to the city. It is very convenient to ride a motorcycle or gojet.It is most convenient to make reservations in advance at the front desk for any service in the hotel.We can also handle it if you ask on the spot, but since we are not resident in the hotel, you need to wait for a while. The prices are very reasonable.

The location is not good, I mean you don't have anything nearby you have to walk, their terrible service, I arrived in the early morning they told me that they had room for two nights and in the morning I had to leave because there were no more rooms, the door of the room almost knocked me down room for me to leave, and I packed my suitcase since I took everything out thinking that I was staying the two nights, which lack of respect, they didn't even have the courtesy to tell me that I couldn't stay one more night, but rather they waited until I said yes. They were going to change or leave it in that one since that's what the one at dawn and the one in the morning told me that there were no rooms.

In April 2024, we stayed at the Sonia Bisma hotel. A very charming hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious with enough wardrobe space to store clothes. There is also a safe in the closet. The bathroom is large, with a shower and a bathtub, in which there is a wide range of toiletries (shower caps, shampoo, shower gel, soap, comb, soap, toothbrushes...), the terrace is comfortable and in front of it was a small pool with fish. The room had a kettle with a daily supply of coffee, 2 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, and contained 2 cups and 2 glasses. In the room there was a book with the menu of the hotel restaurant, as well as various offers of massages offered by the hotel (all compliments on the massages), favorable offers for washing clothes, and information about important events in Ubud. The pool within the hotel is cleaned daily and is very pleasant for swimming. The whole hotel, including the rooms, are very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the monkey forest (which means we had the opportunity to hang out with the monkeys every day), at most a 20-minute walk from all important locations in Ubud. We are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and highly recommend this place.

Ubud Hotel, with a very good location just a few meters from the monkey park, and also very close to the famous "Monkey Rainforest" avenue.The rooms are comfortable, one problem we had, leaving our toilet was old and looked like it was very dirty.Very economical laundry, recommended if you need to wash clothes.They return it to you packaged and sealed.It has a swimming pool, which provides shade in the afternoon.In short, recommended if you want to visit Ubud.
