I went there in September. All the staff were friendly! Thank you for taking such good care of my daughter. I wasn't good at English, so we couldn't communicate smoothly, but I was still grateful that they always smiled. The pool is pretty and deep enough to be fun. Next time I go to Ubud, I want to stay here again! The breakfast was also very delicious~~haha. The only downside was that the room was so humid that I slept without covering myself with a blanket. I thought it would be a pleasure to run the dehumidifier. But maybe the humidity is a characteristic of Ubud~? I haven't been to any other accommodations haha.Anyway, this is a highly recommended accommodation.

Just the best place to experience the forest and the beautiful surroundings of Ubud. We had a one bedroom villa with a pool, which was magnificent!! Food in Tablespoon was amazing, great evening meals and superb breakfasts. All the staff were so attentive and helpful, just a pleasure to have stayed here 10/10

Amazing customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay wonderful. Included breakfast was good and there is a convenient shuttle to take you to Ubud center market place. Would recommend if you're looking for a quiet getaway.

This is a fabulous place; gorgeous setting, beautiful rooms and grounds; warm friendly staff, & a great restaurant. They offer free shuttles to town. We had a private pool which was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bali

This is a beautiful property, but it is not a luxury hotel. The walls in the rooms are extremely thin and we could hear the people next to us at all hours of the night (particularly when the bathrooms were being used). Our first room smelled like mold (the hotel staff promptly moved us to another room, which we appreciated). The pool area did not have clean towels and the food at the restaurant was very bland. The staff was very kind and helpful but overall, this hotel lacked the 5-star qualities one would expect at a luxury hotel. Had we have known these things, we likely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon. There are certainly nicer places in Ubud for the same price.
