The service is simply at the highest level, you will always be welcome and will be helped in any situation. Delicious food, cool room with a pool, breakfast in bed. The holiday was a success thanks to the staff!!! 🥳Update 2024Unfortunately, there has been a decline in all aspects over the year, instead of shrimp in that pit there are their heads without rice, just some kind of stew, peeled cryspy duck, dirty rooms and not always clean bed (we won’t come here again

We vacationed here 9 months ago, everything was up to standard. We arrived this time and were amazed, the room was dirty, there was a smell of mold, the towels were gray and smelly, the curtains were dirty🤪Yes, the room we took was not a luxury one, but you can just wash and tidy it up?! Provide fresh linen, etc.

Pros:Convenient location, just 15-20 minutes by scooter from Ubud Center.Spacious room with both a shower and a bathtub.The balcony offers a comfortable seating area and lush trees.Cozy lobby where you can relax while waiting to check in.Cons:Towels are worn and thin.Small pool situated in the lobby, which isn't very practical.

The Nani is located in a very quiet area.It's very good and relaxing.The staff is helpful and friendly.The room is spacious and clean.Most of the visitors are foreigners.There's also a cafe in front of the hotel.The breakfast is also very good.

Chose this property for a one night stay to experience how it deals like to stay in a rice paddy field.This place gives you a sense of nature, a perfect respite especially for travellers like myself whom came from big cities.The only thing about staying here is to deal with the flies maybe it’s in the forest area. My room has lots of ants and small flies flying around.Also, the room lacked bedroom slipper. How can this be not included as thousands of people walked in and out of the room with their dirty shoes and I can’t imagine after a shower I am stepping on the dirty floor again.Bathroom door is in an awkward position. You need to close it if you are using the basin.There are stains on the sofa.Breakfast is so so, but staff are great and hospitable.

We spent 4 very pleasant days. The staff are superb (thanks again for everything Hana), the food is delicious and the hotel really is a little cocoon. I really recommend it!

What a beautiful and nice hotel. The staff in this hotel are very friendly! You can enjoy delicious food and drinks there, and the rooms are also neat and clean.- the hotel is a bit remote, you have to take a scooter or taxi to restaurants.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July/2024 and this is beyond 5 star in every category for us.- Room is clean and comfortable with the jungle view as shown in picture (we spent mornings observing squirrels and birds),- Service is exceptional and friendly (shoutout to super helpful Hana and Oka and others)- Food is a bit surprisingly quite nice too so we actually eat more in hotel rather than in restaurants during our stay🤷♂️ What can I say, will come back

Had a pleasant stay here while in Ubud❤️Unfortunately there is no lift so we need to lift our heavy baggage through stairs and there is no substitute power generator during blackout

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, it was a very nice stay!The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable!Overall, the hotel looked great and was very clean!It was not on the center of Ubud but easily accessible and in a quiet place.

Great stay here and good. The cockerels are very loud early morning though and our room was situated right above the kitchen which was quite loud. Other than that that and the mosquitos we had a lovely stay.

I only came here to eat. Son had a mermaid bowl which he's now begging to come back. I had jackfruit with rice which I hope that there is more jackfruit in it, but it was a bit lacking. The jungly view is amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. There's also a little pool and green gazebo which is really nice combination.

Heaven made location, it was just amazing.We were very thankful to the team for taking care of everything, starting from the check-in until the check-out.It has clean pool, clean and spacious rooms, very good and affordable breakfast.We had the jungle view from our balcony which was stunning.You can also rent scooters from the reception.

The room hotel is nice, isn't that clean but overall ok. The service kinda slow, but they will serve you the best they can. The road to this hotel is small and sometimes can be confusing, but just use Google Maps, and you should be fine. If you bring a car, the parking lot isn't that big.

Hotelier OK, view OK, room OK, facilities OK. BUT I was really disappointed when CO saw on the lobby computer that there was CCTV connecting to the room. SERIOUSLY THERE IS CCTV IN THE KMR DLM!!!!
