My parents stayed here and LOVED it. It's right on the Karl-Heine Kanal, near lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk to the 14 tram that goes downtown. The room was beautiful, very clean, bright, and well decorated. They enjoyed breakfast there each morning and the staff accommodated any requests they had. My parents only spoke English, but the hotel staff was so kind and helpful, and it wasn't an issue. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The reception is available during the day. I have booked night in this „hotel” lately and informed in the booking that will arrive at 23:00. Guess what? The hotel was closed and nobody answered the phone! I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Very unpleasant trip.
