The property is located in the main Street area of ubud. The resort actually exceeded my expectations given the price.Rooms were a bit old but not a deal breaker as they were very spacious with nice views from balcony.Only downside is you get a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Don’t waste your time and money on this one. We booked the luxury villa with private pool and it lacked on the luxury and privacy. The room was not clean and we had to request for toilet paper. …

Great location. Beautiful views from the one bed rice villa.Rooms are incredibly dark to the point that you can barely see to get ready at night. The stairs leading from bedroom to bathroom is pitch black.Dodgy plumbing in the bathroom - WC leaking on floor. Bathroom very dark.No hot water in all the time we stayed here.Little things really let the place down. We had to ask for cups/sugar although we had tea bags and a kettle!Breakfast okay but cold after around 9.30am with not alot of choice.Bed had a winter duvet on when only a sheet is needed.Staff where very friendly and polite. Not sure we would stay here again, but it is in within walking distance of bars, restaurants, monkey forest.

Rooms are good and big. Located at a beautiful place, close to the rice fields and well maintained. Breakfast options are very limited and repetitive. Service is prompt.

It's really in the center so you just have to walk if you want to go anywhere, plus the prices are not that expensive compared to central hotels in general. the service is good, we are also taken by buggy car to the inside so there's no homework if you bring the elderly 👍🏻

We spent 3 nights in this hotel, in a classic room and we are delighted. So of course, this is not a Resort seen on the ocean with petit fours for lunch. On the other hand, the staff are lovely, the swimming pools are clean and empty. The varied and very good breakfast, and the comfortable and clean bedding. It has some humidity problems which means that the bathroom is not optimal or that the air conditioning has to be left turned on.On the other hand, for the quality/price ratio we are there. If you are looking for a nice hotel, not too expensive, well located with a swimming pool, this is what you need.
