Unfriendly reception by the owner without us knowingWhoever that is, because we weren't really in the parking lot (very narrow), no welcome even when we registered. Only cash payment possible without a receipt. Rooms very nice and with a balcony facing the courtyard with a view of the Schmachter Lake. After intermediate cleaning there was only a change of towels, the wastebasket was not emptied. Breakfast was sufficient, the rolls were baked, even though there was a bakery across the street. Sausage and cheese platter was brought to the table, looked appetizing and was garnished with fruit (melon, grapes, plum, blueberries) and vegetables (cucumber, TomTe, parsley). I would have liked a little more variety. The coffee was tasty. Friendly service staff at breakfast.The location to the Schmachter Lake, to the main street with shops and restaurants and to the beach is great.

excellent guesthouse, very clean and cozy like home. I would like to say a big thank you to the owners of this guesthouse. Today we left at 8:00 am and they brought us breakfast and at 7:00 am they gave us fresh and delicious coffee.

Very centrally located, the main shopping street is just a few meters away. Unfortunately, the guesthouse is located directly on the main street/federal road and if you have a room facing the street like we did, it is impossible to ventilate during the day. The traffic there is crazy. Price-performance is okay, the room is very clean when you move in, the service in terms of toilet paper and garbage is weak or rare. Parking is a balancing act, not easy with a station wagon, but that's not unusual in Binz. Facilities such as TV and shower were all great. The owner/operator is Nordic special but absolutely correct and fine. In short, you can do it.

We had a really nice vacation. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. They even prepared a vegan plate especially ☺️.The guesthouse is very central and everything is within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.Thank you for the lovely holiday, we will definitely be back🤗

Room 2-7. First, we were met by an inebriated man, I understood that he was the owner of the boarding house, he did not communicate politely. But he took the city tax for 6 days instead of the 5 that we booked. I made a reservation on Booking - it was indicated there - no additional taxes and fees!!! I also bought breakfast for two for one day to try the quality of the breakfast, the cost is 10 € per person. He did not provide any payment documents ???. The next day, the owner demanded payment for breakfast for the second time, and I don't have payment documents?!? Secondly, breakfast is not a "buffet", but they give out one very modest plate for two, disgusting coffee from a can. Of the prepared dishes, only 1 boiled egg is given. Thirdly, the location is on a rather noisy street with a busy road. If you don't open the windows - suffocation, open the windows - noise from cars.There is only liquid hand soap in the bathroom, no shower gel or shampoo. Fourthly, Wi-Fi is declared, but in fact there is almost no Internet.I have no idea who writes good reviews, probably the owner himself. Well, I do not recommend it!!! I am already in Binka for the 4th time, but probably the last.

A very relaxing holiday, we will definitely be back😊The Pension Anker is very centrally located, you can easily reach the beach, beach promenade and public transport in just a few minutes' walk. The room was clean and had a flat screen in the sleeping area and a hairdryer in the bathroom area. The staff was very polite.

Very friendly service including the boss.We actually had nothing to complain about at breakfast - just a little variety wouldn't be bad... 😉Everything was there and since each table had its own plate, it was completely sufficient.A small refrigerator or minibar in the room would be desirable

Good mattress, unfortunately with a “visitor crack”Bathroom/shower sufficient.No darkening possible, we were always awake very early.Breakfast from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., but always the same thing on a plate, without agreement. We wouldn't have needed the sausage/ham. But the price was correspondingly good, so it was ok.Book a room at the front directly on the street; if you want it quieter, book a room at the back (with a balcony).The location was still good, central location.Parking good!

The Pension Anker is located on a thoroughfare. The center of Binz and the beach promenade are within walking distance. We had a room on the ground floor with a separate entrance. There were cars parked right in front of the room. A few meters further there was a large covered garden table. There were almost always people talking loudly. If you know Saxon, you can understand it. The room itself was clean and functional. Since it is quite uncomfortable to sit, I asked if we could use the breakfast room. But that was rejected. A note for allergy sufferers: The pillows are made from real feathers. A nightmare for people with mite allergies.The bathroom must have been redone recently, really great.The breakfast is very good. Sausage, cheese and butter were draped on a large platter, nicely garnished with fruit and vegetables. On 3 out of 4 days the coffee was also hot.Overall, totally okay for the price. In retrospect, I think it would have been better to spend a little more money.

We booked at short notice.A pleasant atmosphere, relaxed and uncomplicated. From the boss to the staff, everything fits. Very well-kept facility, individual room style and the breakfast was okay. We will book again and recommend 💯👍

The breakfast with baked rolls and spreads from the discounter was bad. Despite the announcement of a VW Multivan, parking spaces are not provided for SUVs and VW buses, only for cars

A guesthouse at a high level, very good value for money. Very nice owner and friendly employees. The house is located on a street, but it is very central in Binz, everything can be reached on foot. Clean, good facilities. Be sure to book breakfast, it's a really good start to the day!UPDATE: I will be here for the second time in May 2024 and received a very warm welcome. This time I have a double room with a balcony and a view of the lake. It is super clean, well equipped (even with a hairdryer), very quiet and pleasant. And the breakfast is awesome. I don't understand what's wrong with that?

We arrived without high expectations due to the mixed reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Our room on the 1st floor faced the back and had a balcony from which something of the lake was visible. Everything was very nice and clean. Only the mattress poses a challenge for people with back problems.The location was absolutely fine, we could reach everything on foot.Good value for money.

Very good accommodation, the rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good and you can get a second helping straight away if you ask. The guesthouse is on a street with through traffic, but we didn't notice much of it. Parking spaces can be rented at the guesthouse for a fee, which you should take advantage of, otherwise there are no free parking spaces anywhere. The shopping street and promenade can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
