Very unkempt and old-fashioned, the smell was really bad. I couldn't stay there overnight because of the strong smell of dead rats. Never again !!!!!!!!

Hotel currently in transition, change of ownership. Staff very friendly, rooms not new but absolutely fine. Clean. Great breakfast. Price-performance ratio very good.

The location was great. Unfortunately the room was very shabby. Broken bed covers and holes in the bedsheets. Unfortunately no hairdryer in the bathroom either. The sofa was absolutely unusable. As soon as you got close to the sofa, the smell of urine hit your nose. Huge stain accordingly visible there.Okay for one night. Definitely not for longer.

Rooms with stained carpet, dirty wallpaper, bathroom very small. Hotel folder very worn and used. The newest thing in the room was the huge TV. Significant disruption due to construction noise in the neighboring room. It smelled like a construction site. Furniture is very old. The elevator does not go down to the ground floor after reception closes, as the elevator can only be used when the reception is open. The main entrance was not available at 9 p.m. on Friday, the night entrance had to be used at 9 p.m. I was frightened by the dark old and dingy night entrance, the newest thing was the key safe. The stair railing to the first floor was loose and could not be used for support. Everything is getting old and in need of renovation. The hotel has seen better days.

Stayed at the Schwanenhof for one night as a stopover to Denmark. Rooms are getting old, but very well maintained and clean. The bathroom is very, very small. The breakfast was great. We were the only guests, but the offering was really extensive and nicely presented. The reception is only staffed for arrivals. We were a little early and had to wait in the car because the call button at the entrance didn't work or call forwarding wasn't activated. For dinner we went to the Thai at the beginning of the street. Can be recommended.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms. The couch has stains but is ok. The consensus here is absolutely price-performance ratio, so we can recommend it.Unfortunately there is no kitchen here, and the drinks machine is a bit annoying because of its noise.
