Great camps and a great friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel needs a “revision”. It's just no longer up to date. The beds in particular definitely need to be new.

The rooms are not the most modern and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. However, the location and service are unbeatable. The reception is staffed at all times, uncomplicated and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was first class. There is a lot to choose from and the staff is very attentive. Luggage can be unloaded directly in front of the hotel. There are enough parking spaces nearby. Despite the noisy rooms, it is very quiet at night. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

Staff friendly and helpful, location excellent, breakfast very good. Rooms worn and shabby, but clean. Old furniture, bad mattress, a window could not be darkened, different tiles in the bathroom, some of them cracked. Renovation at least 10 years overdue. No safe.

The price-performance ratio here is not right at all. Only the location is great. Old sagging bed, mold in the shower, wooden folding chairs on the balcony. Not for €269 a night. The cleaner was very nice and tidy. Breakfast was good. Apparently there was also parking, why not was a mystery to us. We had to go to the public parking garage without a discount. My husband's surprise at a nice hotel turned into a disappointment

Ideally located hotel on the beach, everything within walking distance, beach 200 m away, we could even use the parking lot after checking out, room with balcony, good breakfast, friendly staff

A small, fine hotel, great rooms, very good breakfast, everything you need, even your granddaughter's forgotten toothbrush late in the evening, no problem and just across the promenade you can get to the beach, you'll be happy to come back and can only recommend it to others . Thanks for the nice stay, keep it up.

The hotel itself is very nice.It is close to the promenade and you can also see the water well from the upper floors.The rooms have hardly been renovated for some time, so in some rooms the door handle almost always comes off when you want to go out or in.What really bothers me personally is that there is almost no cell phone reception in the rooms.But that’s what hotel Wi-Fi is for, right?Not really in the rooms there is almost no WiFi. And when something arrives it's usually only a maximum of 3-4 Mbit per second, which doesn't really make it any better.The staff is very nice and even greets you as always.

Location is absolutely world class, but the hotel lives from its location.Service was good.Hotel but old. Room old, bathroom was very old and not fresh in my opinion.So it's not a problem, but it's not really cheap

We stayed in the hotel on the beach, which is part of Bellevue. Unfortunately the condition of the room was a no-go. This needs to be renovated, otherwise the price of the room can no longer be justified. The lady at the reception replied to our complaint with: "I don't know the rooms at all". That's not exactly a good example either. Of course, something like that isn't exactly commendable. Otherwise, the MAs were all very nice, especially the ladies, and the breakfast was very good and rich and varied.You couldn't go to the beach because of a veritable infestation of sea tanks.

We are now in the hotel for the umpteenth time and have already gone through a few rooms. Yes, the rooms are in need of renovation, but the rooms are clean and the staff are always nice and helpful.You could put cushions for the chairs on the balcony so that you can sit a little more comfortably and they need to be sanded.At breakfast you will find enough choice and you will be full.Renovate a little and then it would be perfect.The location is simply mega. We will be back.

The location and the view from the balcony, just great.But, the balcony is absolutely shabby and unkempt. Ugly, old, rotten balcony furniture. Neither awning nor parasol available.Some money should be invested and not just collected.No hooks in the bathroom and hardly any space for two people.In the shower you have to put your toiletries on the ground. A no-go overall if you pay €190 a night without FS

The rooms are a bit shabby but acceptable. Breakfast is great and location exceptionally good. Parking spaces are absolutely in short supply. Allow parking garage for €18 daily.

Never again!Room furnishings are substandard, beds on plastic rolls, sagging, every spring in the mattress is noticeable, furniture is ancient including the bathroom, curtains with holes, balcony with no separation from neighboring rooms. Carelessly furnished. Overall there is a huge need for renovation... Price/performance absolutely unacceptable (we spent 10 days on the Baltic Sea, Bellvue was the worst and most expensive hotel of all).Location and staff cannot cancel this out.Conclusion: never again
