Modern equipment and appearance. Breakfast room was chic and cozy. The hotel is very centrally located and a good start for hiking.The closet in the room had no storage space, or not enough storage space for 4 people. At least in our room. The shower door didn't close and the bathroom was flooded. A kettle was missing.

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival. The room was spacious and very comfortably furnished. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. Despite the direct proximity to the B111, you can't hear anything about it in the room.Clear recommendation!

Everything is neat and clean. Surprisingly, there is air conditioning AND a ceiling fan. They definitely aren't used often. In order to use the TV I had to take the bed by the window. As for the windows, second windows were installed, probably for noise protection reasons, which in itself is very commendable, but including the curtain, they protrude at least 20 cm into the room. Since the bed is on the wall directly under the window, the curtain hangs directly over your face when you lie in bed.On weekends, breakfast is only available from 8 a.m. and my objection that my event on Sunday started at 8 a.m. and whether a slightly earlier breakfast would be possible was rejected very vehemently. After some discussion it was agreed that the breakfast lady would be there from 7 a.m. and we would have to see what was ready then. The lady who organized the breakfast was not shocked by a previous visit to the breakfast room and everything was there 30 minutes before the official start. It's amazing how little the owner reacted flexibly, even though in reality everything could be solved. Other participants at the event who stayed at the hotel reported similar things. Others then canceled their breakfast. All in all, it's still a good hotel that we can recommend, everything is renovated and really neat and clean. The double windows make it really quiet, even though it is right on the main street and the parking facilities directly at the hotel are also very nice. The hotel is located very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. We particularly recommend the museum and the new Indian restaurants (many restaurants are also closed for lunch on Sundays).

A really nice, small hotel not far from the Baltic Sea in a beautiful city.We have stayed here twice at the City-Hotel Wolgast. Once in the summer and fall we were even allowed to bring our large dog with us, which is a plus point for the hotel.The staff is very understanding and friendly and the rooms are pleasantly furnished. The breakfast buffet is beautifully decorated and there is something for every taste.The price-performance ratio is also good and I would only book through the hotel itself to save all the costs. The stay was very nice and invites you to relax.If we go on holiday nearby again, we would always like to come by :)

At first glance, inconspicuous. But from the inside it is a lovingly furnished hotel with clean, newly furnished rooms. The courtyard is equipped with beach chairs, benches and palm trees. The breakfast offered everything your heart could desire. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Bicycles can be stored/locked up upon request. The only deduction is due to the road situation. The well-insulated windows hardly let in any noise. But you are very central and can be in the city center in 1 minute on foot and by the water in 5 minutes. The beds were super comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

A really nice stay, good beds, good food, good service, parking in the yard and free.Even though the hotel is right on the street and we had our room there, we had a quiet night. Because a third window had been installed, no traffic noise entered the room.Everything was very clean.

Friendly and helpful, we had a broken sink and it was taken care of straight away. You weren't allowed to have your own drinks outside on the premises. There was a vending machine where you could get some, but the price wasn't cheap and there wasn't anything for me. So we had to drink our drinks in our room instead of outside. I don't think that's nice

The hotel is great (we stayed there from work). The room was very clean, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen 👍🏻. There's a big street at the front, but you can do that thanks to the shutters and if it's too loud and if it's too loud (I've never seen that before, but it's a great solution), the rooms are air-conditioned and the backyard is very beautiful. I deducted a point from the location because of the street, there are nicer locations, but what the heck, that's the way it is.The staff, whether on arrival or at breakfast, were very nice and helpful and made sure that everything was tidy.

We spent a wonderful day on Usedom, the hotel is ideally centrally located, we then had a nice meal and then ended our evening nicely in the hotel, the room was beautiful and the breakfast the next morning was great. When we get up again We'll be happy to come back when we're in transit!

Had a great stay, room was surprisingly quiet for being next to a somewhat busier road. You don't really hear the cars driving past. Room had air conditioning too. Would stay here again.
