The location is excellent, not far from the market and the beach. Room is very clean and cozy. There was breakfast. Unfortunately, I was the only one who took advantage of the offer. That's a shame, because breakfast will probably no longer be offered. I can only recommend this accommodation.

The room was centrally located and pleasantly divided. The overnight stay is rather expensive, but is also similar to other accommodations in Warnemünde. Unfortunately, we were not informed of additional costs in advance. The host behaved rather strangely towards us.

We booked there through Booking, but couldn't commit to checking in by 6 p.m.We have tried several times to find a solution for this, we are no longer in the Stone Age.We were just told to cancel the room we booked so it could be reassigned.Super rude and uncooperative. If guests are stuck in traffic or have a breakdown upon arrival, late check-in is not possible...Something like that doesn't work at all, it has nothing to do with services.I would always avoid such an establishment and was very happy to cancel.

Zero stars would be too many for this scam: “free” cancellationIn 2023 the two of us wanted to spend a week of relaxing vacation in this guesthouse. Due to the working conditions, it was only possible to make a spontaneous booking a week in advance and we couldn't say with certainty that we would be able to stick to the tight arrival time window. Unfortunately, I was honest enough to write to the guesthouse as if I were late. At first the correspondence was quite friendly and I was asked to give a possible arrival time. But suddenly it was said that if we already knew that we couldn't make it, we should just leave earlier. (With a 7-hour drive across Germany during the summer holidays, leaving earlier is often pointless.) We then assured the employee that we would definitely do our best to be on time. Then he called us and asked us to cancel the stay. He offered us the opportunity to do this for free within an hour. We were shocked that guests were treated like that. But after we were worried that we might actually have to spend a night in the car if we couldn't make the journey, we accepted the offer. We accepted his offer of free cancellation over the phone, in correspondence and also via the booking portal, and assured ourselves again by phone that the cancellation had been received, whereby he informed us that it would be sufficient to carry it out within the hour, even if he had not received anything yet. That was the day before arrival! The next day at lunchtime we found out by email that our free cancellation had been rejected by the accommodation! I thought I wasn't seeing properly. Of course, our only option was to cancel for a fee, as it would no longer have been possible to arrive either way.The money was of course debited from the credit card after a few days. We also dealt with the very unfriendly gentleman again, but of course he knew nothing about the free cancellation and kept pointing out our “late, paid cancellation”. The credit card company was also no longer able to get the money back because Mr. Z. was hiding behind the regulations of the booking portals, which did not provide for free cancellation.Lots of money lost, endless trouble and no vacation. After our hands were tied, at least the consumer advice center is now involved. Who knows if more people won't be affected...From our point of view, we can only say: stay away and, above all, under no circumstances take up the offer of “free” cancellation!

I had booked a single room for 3 nights and wanted to book breakfast. After I didn't get an answer to my query, I contacted them by phone. I was told rather rudely that there was no breakfast even though it was offered on the website. If I want to have breakfast I should just cancel! What information!!! The owners probably don't need it, it's just unbelievable

Even after my difficult arrival with the DB, a small delay, the owner of the guesthouse waited for me and showed me the rooms I had booked. He was friendly and helpful since I didn't know my way around Warnemünde. The rooms were great, spacious, tidy and clean.Since I inquired in advance and read everything about the room, what a Sutera room is, I had no problem going down the stairs to the beautiful, tastefully furnished room. With the ideal location, almost in the city center...I could reach everything that was worth seeing on foot.
