Really helpful and willing to compromise, polite staff! In principle a nice hotel in a good location, but the management should consider either removing two of the hotel's four stars or staying here for a night themselves. It's best to stay in the family room just to the left of the reception. Luckily we were able to exchange this 90s crypt, with an oxygen content below 4%, for two double rooms. Views of the Bay of Wismar would be great if you could look through the window. Conclusion: it's fine but not for €250 a night! So take a rag and some money in your hand or simply advertise it as a two star temple, because that's all it is, as of today, and no one says anything!

We booked a room with a lake view at the hotel and are very happy with it. Balcony is equipped with a small table and 2 chairs. The room is very clean and very comfortably furnished, just great!

We were happy here. Bed, toilet, shower, sink and a television are available, that's all you need. You're on the go all day anyway.Breakfast was also ok, maybe more fruit and vegetables to choose from and it would be perfect...very quiet location, we would prefer to book more in the center next time but that's our problem.

Reception only open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. No fridge or mini bar in the room. No room service as there is no telephone in the room. Breakfast not so good, rolls are cheap to bake and very hard. No butter just half-fat margarine. Coffee doesn't taste good. I'm still looking for 4 stars from this hotel because there are actually requirements to get 4 stars.

A reminiscence of the past. Picturesquely located on the Wismar pier, you can melancholically dream back to a Federal Republic that probably never existed - when the world felt like it was somehow still in order.The audience also blends in wonderfully here, you can see some cheeky colored bangs or the smart 3/4 trousers that skilfully emphasize the magnificent fullness of the body by visually shortening the legs. And the menu was lovingly thought out for precisely this audience: everything that crawls and flies and what is acceptable to the German stomach is put on the plate - you can also go on vacation to Berlin for modern cuisine. A special highlight of the menu: Not a single vegetarian dish could be found under the “Pasta and Vegetarian” category.

We were here for 3 days. Room dingy, carpet stained, bathroom smells disgusting, receptionist/owner very condescending and unfriendly. Pictures do not in any way reflect the actual condition.

I just wanted to take a look at the hotel when I heard the unmistakable sound of a leaf blower. It was the janitor who had nothing better to do during his naptime rest than chasing two individual leaves. When asked about it, he immediately became very emotional. At the end I was also asked by the receptionist what permission I was allowed to simply enter the property. Mind you, I actually wanted to check out the hotel. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation here is unlikely to find it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! The room was clean and so was the bathroom!Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone. The staff are very friendly, whether in the restaurant orthe staff in the other areas!I would like to thank you for that!!!

The beach is very shallow, the beach coastline is very small. Suitable for small children. There is a cafe with drinks and ice cream. And also a paid toilet. We came for two days, that’s enough. If we stay longer, it will be boring. No entertainment. And on the right is a chemical plant smokes. It’s not very Camelpho.

Great location, nice service, nice room, functionally furnished, the breakfast was great, the view (view of the Ostee) and the ambience were perfect. The hotel is not too big. Also recommended for families with children. Very easy to reach by public transport. Discount store nearby.

We cannot understand the negative reviews.We slept here from Wednesday to Friday in a room with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea.The staff was super friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious and our room was super clean. Everything you could wish for is there!We'd love to come back!!
