A very nicely furnished hotel, we stayed here with seven people and everyone really liked the rooms and the service from the young lady.Considering what the other hotels in the area charge, this is a bargain. We'll be back!!!!!

The breakfast was excellent - nothing was missing.Thank you

Service was subpar - I had to check in later and tried to clarify in advance whether this was possible via the booking app, in writing by email and by telephone. Communication and accessibility were very difficult in advance, but after a few attempts I was able to reach someone and was assured that a key would be left outside the reception. When I arrived at 11:30 p.m. there was no key left and I had to try to contact someone again in the middle of the night and then received my key after a long wait. After checking out the next morning, I was told that the bill for the overnight stay would be sent to me by email and that I should then pay it. Since I didn't receive an email, I had to try again to reach someone at the hotel - but despite several attempts, I couldn't get through. After 2 months, I finally received the invoice by email for the first time - including a reminder! The bill has now been paid. But there is still no way to reach anyone here by phone. Extremely poor service and not a nice way to deal with customers. Even though it is the cheapest hotel in the region, I will not come back because of this experience and I will not recommend it to anyone. To the hotel: get your processes under control!
