I can't say much about the hotel. We reserved a room for 2 people and 1 dog through booking.com. Price 72 euros. The dog was not listed in the booking confirmation. After a phone call with the hotel, we were informed that the dog had to be checked out separately in the dog room. Cost 20 euros per dog and night. For this reason we wanted to cancel. Neither booking.com nor the hotel made the cancellation possible. This is clearly a case of deception on the guest.

We booked a double room including a dog through booking.com. The price stated was €72. Because of the price we chose this hotel as we only wanted to stay one night. After the reservation was confirmed, we saw that the dog was not included. To be sure, we called the hotel. We were then told that the dog was not included in the reservation and that we would have to pay for it in cash on site for €20. In other words, the price of 72 rises to 92 €. For this reason we canceled the room with the result that we were not accommodated and we had to pay the full price, I wonder. Where is the customer friendliness in both booking and the hotel? What can the customer do if the app does not specifically identify the dog or the hotel does not indicate the additional charge for the dog? Especially since the price of €20 for one night for a dog is very outrageous. Elsewhere you pay 6-8 euros, I am very disappointed in both the customer service of the booking app and the hotel.

After I asked for another room at the reception and unfortunately the second room wasn't clean either, I decided not to stay here. Hair, dirt, shabby...outdoor area run down, reception is a playground...One positive thing I have to say is that the lady at the reception is really nice...otherwise there wouldn't be any stars...Feel free to use my words as suggestions for improvement…

This hotel is 100% like the motels from American movies. The room was in absolutely top condition. There was a built-in closet with a safe, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower.A place I would like to stay again and again. There are supermarkets nearby, one of which is even open on Sundays. For €11 you also get a generous breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located on the B105 not far from Rostock and Warnemünde. Nevertheless, the location is quiet with a green view to the north. If you want, you can end the day at picnic tables. There is plenty of parking space on site. The facility sometimes makes an unfinished impression, and the slot machines set up take some getting used to. There is an arcade in the neighborhood. The architecture is based on American motels with ground floor rooms and a hallway in front of the rooms on the upper floor. This is sometimes disturbing when the neighborhood overtakes the place outside the window of your own room. This means that it is only possible to open a window to a limited extent. The rooms are simple, but functional and clean. Breakfast costs extra and is sufficient, just don't come late.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. When we entered the family room, we were greeted by a very musty smell, which we couldn't get out despite the window and door being open. The small bathroom was very dirty and the shower was full of mold. The room was very warm, a fan might be recommended as it was almost unbearable with four people even with the window open. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right here, we will not visit the hotel again and will not recommend it.

For someone who only comes to stay overnight and doesn't have any high expectations, the room's furnishings are completely sufficient. You're out and about during the day anyway. Breakfast should be served until 10 a.m., so please wait for late risers and don't start putting everything away at 9:30 a.m.Then there were no more scrambled eggs. It was a real shame.

Small hotel, functional. The staff very friendly. Unfortunately our rooms did not have a refrigerator. The rooms 123/124 are great, sun in the morning and sun in the evening, the rooms are always cool... despite the B 105, very quiet. The food at the kebab man in reception was delicious.

It's enough for short stays-very outdated rooms-Unfortunately, you are not informed in advance about evening events in the adjacent restaurant belonging to the hotel, so you may be treated to music at night.Unfortunately, the bathroom had no windows or ventilation, so you had to ventilate it with the door open-You can go into the city by bus (stop about 400 m away) every 30 minutes

Although located on a main road, we could sleep peacefully. Conveniently located, with shopping center, supermarkets and kebabs nearby. It's also quick to go through the tunnel to the ferry.
