It is a slightly old, but quite nice hotel with a great view of the lake. The room was clean and well maintained and completely intact. The spa area is nice.The breakfast was great and varied. Our only points of criticism are the sometimes slightly bossy tone at the reception and the reception in the restaurant. Furthermore, the waiting time between courses for the evening menu was clearly too long. Here the service at the table (at least ours) was a little overwhelmed.Nevertheless, you can definitely recommend the hotel, but you should definitely book the lake side.

We were there for the special offer 3=2, i.e. 154 € double room m.Fri. Sea side. The original price of €227 would be too expensive for us.The view is really great, but the balcony on the 5th floor doesn't have a roof, so the balcony is of no use when it rains.The hotel is in a very quiet area, you have to drive a few km to go shopping, but that's okay.There are enough parking spaces available. The staff always helpful at breakfast.

A very nice hotel with a great location. It's a wonderful way to escape from everyday life and simply switch off. The rooms have all been renovated and there is everything that makes your heart beat. Additional pillows etc. will be provided.The only drawback is actually the service. The service is good early on and space is quickly made for new things. But in the afternoon you don't feel welcome... The bar is designed for at least 50-60 people but the staff's automatisms are already overwhelmed with 10 people. You can feel this especially in the friendliness... when you have questions you get stupid answers or orders are carried out incorrectly. The free vouchers are also a thorn in the side and you feel really badly treated when you hand them over.It's a shame that the service in the afternoon contains so many negative things. Unfortunately, this drags down the hotel's average.The rest is all great and just as you would imagine👍 My recommendation: avoid the bar in the afternoon and drive to the nearby towns for coffee and cake🤝

The room was sufficient. The fly screen in front of the balcony was great, but very loud when closed.The breakfast was good, there could be a little more selection of fruit and vegetables.In the afternoon for coffee you had the impression that the staff was totally overwhelmed, it was very difficult to place an order... you were ignored or you were told that I'm not responsible for this table... strangely enough, you were asked after a while Time served by this employee.In the evening at the bar you had to have a lot of time and patience as there was only one bartender on shift... but he was friendly.

A good mix of 3-4 stars,The last time we stayed at this hotel was 2 years ago, under a different name but we were very impressed with the location and facilities.Unfortunately, the new impression is no longer the best, which is a shame.The furnishings in the rooms are still the same, but there are also stains on the carpet, on the wall and in places where the wallpaper is peeling off. In the bathroom, the joints between the tiles are loose, silicone has torn off and is visibly coming off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is too weak or defective. After the “repair” by a “technician” the result was the same. We were lucky that the temperatures dropped a bit. Stains on the carpet in the hallway and in the elevator area, endless dust and cobwebs. Where the guest waits for the elevator and lets their eyes wander. The alternative to the elevator are confusing stairwells, which are no less dusty. There are also an incredible number of heavy doors, you have to touch every door handle, the toilet at the bar has 3 doors before you can relieve yourself.We were asked at reception whether we would like to forego room cleaning, but we were given a voucher for a small drink of our choice, unfortunately this is not compatible with the small number of staff and was not well thought out, many of course accepted the offer and so did the guests We also didn't feel like we were welcome. Service at the table was not possible, no eye contact or a sign that we were moving forward. After about 10 minutes we went to the bar and ordered at the counter. No card on the table, the cash register system was down. You didn't feel like ordering anything else.What really makes it all better is the really great breakfast, the beautiful view over the lake, the location of the hotel, the free parking and the staff at breakfast. We were lucky and were able to book through Booking for a reasonable price; if we had paid full price we would have been very disappointed. We can't say yet whether we'll come back again.
