Disappointing and disorganized: From the beginning my stay at the hotel was a disappointment. The food was bad, one-sided and the service left more than to be desired. The dining room was a complete disaster. Every morning I had to wait in a long line just to get a coffee. The staff seemed totally disorganized and overwhelmed. I can only positively highlight the cleaning staff, who always did a great job despite the circumstances. Unfortunately, the negative experience predominates, so it is not recommended, especially for older people.

Wonderful location five minutes from the sea and what I like is that in Poland it is not very popular to drink alcohol on the streets, so you are less afraid to go for a walk in the evening. You feel safer.The promenade also has a lot to offer.The hotel is great for the price, clean rooms, the breakfast was amazing with a selection of cold dishes and fruit vegetables lots of healthy things.I can highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in a beautiful seaside district, right next to the Promenade, so close to the beach. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. Very clean, garbage bin emptied daily, towels and cleaning available daily. Good breakfast, swimming pool, saunas. I will definitely go back there.

Great hotel. the rooms are like from a fairy tale, nothing is missing. Very nice service. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Relaxation in the swimming pool and saunas, billiards, console - there is no time for boredom. I sincerely recommend it.

When I called a few days ago regarding vacancies for September, the lady answered the phone and was not polite, and when she later wrote about this situation, they asked for a telephone number and that they would contact me, and to this day I haven't received any phone call, you can see how they treat customers who want to get information, it's great grace when a client asks about available dates

A wonderful place, right next to the promenade... very clean rooms, towels changed in the rooms.nice hotel service..delicious breakfasts and dinners..huge selection of dishes..everything you want. too much... swimming pool with warm water... everything is a plus... we sincerely recommend it... we will be happy to come back 😊😊

Stay 33 weeks/24In summary: The hotel is absolutely recommended for me and my fellow travelers. The cleanliness was impeccable, the breakfast was great and varied. Quiet, the bar downstairs had all the drinks you needed. The swimming pool is rather small, but sufficient. The staff very friendly. The cosmetic programs and staff are simply amazing. Absolutely met my expectations. If I visit the place again, the hotel will be my first choice if possible.Negative, but not enough to delete a star here as it affects all the hotels around, was the lack of parking. But I managed because there are guarded parking spaces nearby at a fair price.

Prices are excessively expensive for service, massage, parking, etc., the breakfast room is bad, overcrowded, cramped, far too small for so many guests, uncomfortable, poorly organized, the food is simple, the bare essentials, often not refilled, hardly any fruit, tables remain dirty. .

The advantages are a large swimming pool and SPA area, friendly cleaning staff and air conditioning. The disadvantages include a strange paper wristband if you buy half board. We were the only ones on the boardwalk with paper wristbands. After 3 days of swimming in the pool and sauna, the bandage shrinks and the paint comes off. In my case, I paid over PLN 700 per night and the hotel requires a paper cloth. The second motto of the hotel is "we don't have a parking space for you and what will you do to us?" I have asked for such a place many times in e-mails. The parking lot on the other side of the promenade saves the situation: PLN 70/day, but this is absolutely not the hotel's fault. With such a large hotel offer in Świnoujście, you will find a better offer. Afrodyta is an average hotel with exorbitant prices. If you don't have a wristband, we won't give you dinner. It's hard to believe that such absurdities exist. Congratulations to Afrodyta's marketers.

Room Failure, dirt, crap, TV, people have bigger phones, no kettle, tea or coffee sachet would be a good gesture, but of course not. Overall I do not recommend this hotel. It's actually close to the sea, but that's the only plus. People, read the descriptions and opinions of previous people. The room costs almost PLN 500, and when I saw this "apartment" 🤣😉 I was fooled by the photo on the boxing. I just found out that there is part of the hotel after renovation and the old part that I got. If only I knew... I suppose they give it to DE after renovation, and to the rest, oh well. I don't recommend it, but you'll see for yourself when you find such a place, hopefully not. Breakfast was so-so👎👎👎

For me the hotel deserves a maximum of 2 stars.Unfriendly staff.Bad service.No WLAN.Dining room like in a canteen.Simplest buffet.No variety.And everything is generally too expensive.
