Our room was visually clean, but its best days are behind it. The wallpaper is peeling, the chairs are worn out, the carpet could use replacing. Otherwise we were able to sleep well.

The promised 24 hour service/reception unfortunately doesn't exist after almost 3 hours on the phone to get into a room. At night it worked. Staff very friendly, room old and not clean

Visit to a restaurant this evening. The service was very friendly and also careful. Since there were few guests in the restaurant, the speed was also good. The starter - tomato soup was very good. Price also reasonable. For the main course, we both chose the fried pike-perch fillet with white wine sauce, vegetables of the day and dill potatoes. Since zander fillet was out, we were offered another fish fillet. I've forgotten names now. We agreed. We liked the fish itself, but it wasn't fried, just steamed. There wasn't the slightest sign of cooking. The skin was still slippery even on the outside. Our request to have fried potatoes instead of the dill potatoes was granted. The amount of fried bacon on the fried potatoes was just too much. The potatoes were no longer visible. Why did you leave out the daily vegetables completely? To be honest, we only noticed on the way home that something was missing. For almost €30 for such a fish dish and the quality and not even complete, we find it unreasonable. We like to eat fish and know that fish dishes are always a little more expensive, but then we also expect quality.

The hotel owner sitting at reception left the impression that he was completely overwhelmed. Although the duration and occupancy were specified by email, they were mixed up. I was charged additional costs of €30 for the rebooking.

The rooms have seen better days, the reception in person of the owner was overwhelmed. The cuisine was ok and the service was moderately motivated.The two ladies from breakfast ripped the whole thing out and saved it. They were very friendly and had their area under control, the breakfast selection was great.Overall, unfortunately not again.

No one was at the reception when we arrived. Instead there was a phone number to call. We tried calling several times, but no one picked up the phone. After waiting around for more than an hour, we had to go to a different hotel. We left a note for the reception, but no one even got back to us.

I can only say that you feel really in good hands there, especially the nice lady I checked in with, she's actually from the kitchen, she has to fill in at the reception and when I asked her if I could have breakfast early she said it was We can't do any problem. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. A very big thank you to the whole team. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and helpful. But a very special thank you goes to the two kitchen fairies. You are simply the good soul of the house. Always on your toes and making every guest's stay as nice as possible. The breakfast was very varied and lovingly prepared. Restaurant:I was very pleasantly surprised with the taste. Portions were good too.The price is a bit high. Especially for AT. I found the price for 3 fish fingers with fries (children's meal) to be extreme.
