The furnishings are a bit old and some renovation would be necessary. The smell of drains coming from the garage on the ground floor is disturbing.

A very good hotel located in the center of Rostock, a room with a large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom is also very good. I would return without a doubt. I think that the sound of the tram does not cloud how comfortable you are in the hotel.

I felt very welcome from the first minute. Very friendly staff created a feel-good atmosphere. The room was also comfortable, spacious and very clean.The breakfast buffet was always well filled and plentiful.Of course, the location right on Neumarkt cannot be topped.Absolutely recommended. I'll definitely come back.

I can warmly recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.It is very centrally located, the tram is right in front.The staff is super friendly and attentive.Breakfast buffet has a gigantic selection and is also of high quality. In addition to the “classic” things, regional sausage specialties are also served.There is a free coffee station at reception.What's particularly memorable is the little surprise that awaits you if you don't want room service on a particular day.These small details make this hotel stand out from other hotels.

We travel a lot to hotels. This hotel is not worth its 4 stars. Reception was very friendly, but that was about it. The room lacks proper ventilation. When the outside temperature is 30 degrees, only an open window can provide relief. The catch is, so that the sun doesn't heat it up any further, it would make sense to darken the windows with the curtain. Doesn't work. Either open the curtain or the window. Upon request, we received a small fan in the room. Either blinds or non-fixed curtains would be better.The size of the television no longer corresponds to today's standard of a 4 star hotel.Unfortunately we booked overnight stays with breakfast. For the price of 21 euros per person you should be able to expect more. The cheese and sausage were carelessly thrown out of the plastic packaging onto a plate. In some cases the labeling of what you eat is missing. The maple syrup for the Oannecakes was hidden behind the jam at the other end of the buffet. But the worst thing was the treatment of the guests. The breakfast room was only about 1/3 full and the remaining beautiful tables by the window were completely reserved. We took the liberty of sitting at a table for two. They suddenly wanted to expel us from the table. We should please sit in the dark next room. Thanks to our persistence, the table was shared more lovingly and we were able to stay seated there. Unfortunately, the dirt under the table came to light after weeks. So the tables don't go crazy to clean.At first I felt like a second class guest. When I asked what I wanted for tomorrow (unfortunately we have to have breakfast there again) I got the answer. No reservation is possible for 2 people. So one more thing. The couple as guests is worth nothing. As a group you get a good table.We have never experienced this etiquette for breakfast in any hotel in Germany or in the world.After a nice conversation from management, they promised to evaluate the reviews and make any improvements.

Full marks for this beautiful hotel in the best place in Rostock! Absolute recommendation!!I always feel very comfortable and well looked after and treated here, both as a private hotel guest and as a seminar participant! Very nice service and good food😁! Beautiful furnishings and an absolute feel-good atmosphere! Directly at the new market in Rostock with good connections to all sights! Keep it up👍🏻😊

It's a nice hotel.We had a great view of Rostock.The suite was large and spacious, but the dark furniture made it look a bit dated.The breakfast was very rich. There was everything you could wish for.In the evening we sat at the bar and let the evening end.Everyone was very friendly.

Good place to stay, right on the Neuer Markt in Rostock with good parking (expensive, to be paid extra).Rooms very spacious, unfortunately noisy when you open the window (which is necessary in summer as there is no air conditioning).Staff very friendly.OK for one night
