The reception was very nice and polite, the room was very nice and clean. The only thing you can complain about as a spoiled guest is the lack of an elevator.

Very good service. Since we wanted to leave earlier, the breakfast buffet opened half an hour earlier. In the booking confirmation, B&B recommended that we use the bar and pizza at the hotel in Schwerin. Problem: There is no bar or pizza. If necessary, the standard email should be checked for content. There is no Everyone Bar

The rooms are maybe 8 square meters, two beds, a small stool and that's it. The bathroom is quite new and very clean. You can sleep here, but not stay in the room. The price was pretty steep at 100 euros for a single room. There is no service, just a friendly person at the reception. No elevator, parking space in front of the house.Maybe it's okay as a place to sleep, but there's nothing more here.

Location is only ok for drivers. But there are free parking options. Perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast also offers many vegan components.

Very good budget hotel, everything was great, I would like to come back.I was on vacation in Schwerin (state capital of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania).I would like to recommend the hotel, breakfast was perfect. The hotel is 5 km from the city center, but that doesn't matter because the bus stop is right opposite and goes into the city every 30 minutes.A very young girl with a braid on her hair had given me the bus map and told me which bus to take there and back and even which stop.Since I have been a customer for a long time, I have also slept in other B&B hotels. This is the type of employees you most want.Thank you very much for everything and see you next time.

The first impression of this hotel is quite positive. The employee greeted us in a friendly manner and explained to us how to access the rooms (door code). We were also asked if we wanted daily room cleaning, to which we said no - it saved us having to hang up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. I found it quite positive that payment was made directly when checking in; we were asked in advance whether we wanted to If you would like to have breakfast every day (additional price is €12.90 per person per day).So let's move on to breakfast: the times are standard: 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. a week and 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. For the price it is completely sufficient, normal selection. The coffee is nice and strong (for me), but unfortunately I don't know what it looks like for people with heart disease, for example. The rooms are manageable, not too big. Other reviews complained that the TV was hanging very high up - that's true, but I couldn't think of a better solution. The rooms have very well-functioning air conditioning (really great when the outside temperature is 30 degrees!), but for me there isn't enough storage space. There is a small and narrow shelf with 3 compartments, unfortunately nothing more. There were two of us and when I wanted to work on the laptop for a moment, it was difficult because the suitcases were already under the small table. Annoyed me a bit. There is also no refrigerator or similar in the room, which I personally missed. The theme continues in the bathroom, although there is a shelf around the toilet, there is only one hook for towels - so the used towels wandered back and forth for two people. My inner Monk always looks for dust in the typical places in hotels - I found it here, but not excessively. For example, there was one on the frame to which the coat rack is attached and on top of the mirror in the room. However, the staff were consistently friendly and always greeted us when entering or leaving the hotel, which comforted me a little about the lack of the hygiene products that are usually found in hotels - they weren't even available. However, you can purchase shaving and toothbrushing equipment, as well as drinks, at reception. It was OK for our needs, but nothing more...

Hotel a bit out of the way. Very small rooms, the TV is mounted so high that you get a stiff neck. Beds are very narrow. The air conditioning is positive. 1-2 days okay.

The hotel is about 5 km away from the castle. Using Google maps you have two wonderfully green cycle paths into the city, a 20 minute drive. The building is a slab without an elevator! The two young people at reception are friendly and took care of a dog that escaped from the room. However, we found the price-performance ratio at Euro 113 was not appropriate. Maybe the height was because WE and wine festival. Bathroom is new. The windows in the room need to be cleaned and the cobwebs on the ceiling removed. You can see this when you lie in bed. We couldn't have stayed on the soft mattresses for longer than one night; we both had back pain in the morning. We didn't use the breakfast because we actually had a voucher from the B&B Club, which couldn't be taken into account because after registering for the club you can only book 24 hours later. This is misleading! That's why we gave up. Free parking in front of the hotel.
