We went to the hotel during August when it was 27-30 degrees.|The room had no ac. It was hot in the room, you had to open the windows during the night but then you could hear a lot of traffic from the street, it was difficult to sleep. …

It's cheap but I don't recommend at all, there is a modern and clean hostel 100 meters in front of it, it's cheaper.Unfortunately, the beds are dirty and there is only one small public toilet.Very poor security.A hundred meters further, there is a cheaper and modern hostel

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.. terribly warm rooms without air conditioning. Lots of mosquitoes. No elevator, no reception. Parking place is too small and full of cars. Totally bad hotel and I’ll never recommend it!

The hotel has spacious rooms with a nostalgic, vintage feel. It features an interesting 1954-built escalator still in perfect working order. The location is ideal, with a bus stop next to the hotel and the train station a short 10-15 minute walk away. The only demerit is that the hotel has poor WiFi and it has limited breakfast options.

Very cozy and lovely hotel in Hof. Great prices!The outside building and rooms are modern beautifully decorated. The hallways and staircase are a bit outdated but it was not a problem. The door felt a bit unsafe and the pillowcases did not seem clean as they are polyester material. During the evening and night it was a bit loud to sleep as there were many fast cars and motorcycles driving by. Breakfast was wonderful. Definitely recommend the eggs, ham/prosciutto they had.Overall we liked it. Would come again.

Hotel was ok. Clean, big room and comfortable. Location very good and also the city offers many attractions and places for eat. Continental Breakfast good. Parking reserved.A big minus for the missing air conditioning. It was very hot in the room and in the hotel and opening the windows helped a little bit but it was enough noisy.

I stayed one night at this property over a business trip. The room was big enough with nice bed. The wifi was good. They have restaurant which offers German cuisine. Nearby restaurants you can find Turkish and Italian food. The staff was helpful. Railway station is little far. The old town is at walkable distance.

By reading the reviews I found out that some of the rooms are fully refurbished, so for that reason I was interested in booking this hotel. And indeed, the refurbished rooms are looking good, clean and some of them have a proper television. The bed is comfortable, but with a length of 2 meters a bit too short. There is a mini bar available as well with/for drinks or other snacks. Rooms service is offered on a daily basis, staff is friendly but a woman at the reception can be a bit stressed. Due to covid there is no breakfast buffet, so when you arrive you will give up your preference and the time you want to have the breakfast. The WiFi in the hotel is really really bad, so if you rely on that, don't come here. They have a beer garden as well and a proper restaurant.
