We only stayed one night. However, it was incredibly loud. Open window was not possible. The Cinemaxx with correspondingly loud visitors was only about 50m away. In between there is probably a large main road with 5 lanes, i.e. very loud. There was also smoking in the other rooms or in front of the house and the smoke pulled us into the room several times, very unpleasant.The hotel is very noisy, you could hear the mother above us scolding the children. Well, you can get around one night somehow, but we wouldn't visit the hotel again. There is a hotel parking lot behind the house, parking fee 6 euros per night. There are. About 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone. The breakfast is spartan, no scrambled eggs, no Nutella, but otherwise you'll be full. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, which cannot be said about the hallway to the rooms. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere. We made the employee aware of an entrance door directly at our room, which was then immediately removed. For the price of the room, the size and facilities including air conditioning were sufficient. It was clean too. However, we will not visit again for the reasons mentioned above.

The hotel left only positive impressions! The cleanliness of the rooms is top notch, and the polite staff is always ready to help. Convenient location, close to many interesting places. I recommend it for a comfortable stay!

Complete and simple online check-in and a lobby that can be reached with a code enable a flexible arrival time. The rooms keep what they promise, there is no ostentation. If you want a warm bed and a reasonable breakfast, this is the place for you.Good parking facilities in Würzburg.

A solid B&B hotel that meets the chain's standards.The location is practical and the city center is within walking distance.The rooms are tidy and were clean so far.The employee at the reception when checking in wasn't really friendly and was more of a "mute" type.All in all, a clear recommendation in the price range.

Friendly reception and quick check-in processing. Own parking space available. Reasonable daily fee of €6.00.Clean cleaned room. City center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Good standard breakfast with some organic products (corresponding to the price). We'd love to come back.

Dear staff. Room everything you need. Good standard. 15 minutes to the old town. Good hotel parking lot. Everything very clean. Everything is uncomplicated, from booking to the unnecessary checkout. Everything is done with payment upon arrival. Breakfast good standard. Pragmatic and good. Very loud acoustics when the breakfast room is full. But that's up to the people. Back in May 2024. Can only repeat. Everything was super clean and the process was uncomplicated. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Been there several times now. It's my regular hotel, so to speak, when I'm in Würzburg.

Slightly remote hotel with a vineyard behind the house. The room and bathroom are quite small, but it's still fine as a single person. Unfortunately you can hear your neighbors through the ceilings and walls. Staff at check-in were very nice and the room was clean too.

The reception staff seemed bored and even annoyed that we wanted to check in.Carpet was full of crumbs. The room wasn't cleaned after arrival, after two days when I asked/requested the trash can was emptied and I got new towels.The breakfast was very manageable, there was no egg, cold cuts were empty and only refilled after 30 minutes. The room is very small, as there were several companies there, there weren't enough seats. The coffee machine didn't even work without problems during the week, and here too support only came when asked.Even though the air conditioning was off, it was still "gurgling" and constantly made noises as if water was running out.

As with all previous B&B stays, everything here was great. Very convenient check-in at the counter. Until the end I had the opportunity to cancel the room. Which was very good for the spontaneous trip and is a decisive advantage over alternative overnight stays. Everything was neat, clean and I had an inexpensive parking space right at the hotel. Since I only stayed one night, it was super convenient to see downtown Würzburg without having to worry about parking. Thanks to the central location, everything was within walking distance. So my stay in the B&B was more comfortable and cheaper than the alternatives available to me in Würzburg. The staff was very friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The code access used by B&B is also very easy to store or read in the app. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, which is why I can't give it a review. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and always enjoy staying at the B&B.

The young man at the reception blatantly LIE's to your face. He confirms that the room at the back is quiet. It is deliberately left out that the hotel is right next to a club and you will be in bed all night because of the noise and bass. Of course the man and all the staff left at night so there is nowhere to complain.If you think I'm going to accept this, you're wrong.
