My wife and I stayed here for five nights as a base from where to explore Alsace and the local area. The hotel itself is very good, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and for the price we paid, it could not be faulted. We would have liked more storage & clothes hanging facilities, but we managed. The addition of air conditioning in the room was a real bonus in a hotel in this price bracket, as was the quality of the towels. We would certainly stay in a B&B Hotel again.

Everything meets expectations: cleanliness, comfort, coziness, price, location, infrastructure. In my opinion 10 out of 10, unless of course you expect lobster with champagne in bed in the morning. Although who knows, maybe this is also possible ;) I haven't tried ☺️

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff provided good service, always friendly and attentive to our needs. I also loved the hotel's unique and nice concept, which added a special touch to our visit. the room in general is Nice, I was here for a week in business trip but the problem was that the last 2 days the room was not cleaned the bed was made, and got new towels, but there was no shampoo and I went to front desk to ask for it and I told them that in the last 2 days the room was not clean and there was no shampoo but they didnt do anything besides giving extra shampoo.For me is very important to have everything set and clean after a full working day to rest.

We found the B&B hotel to be very easy with the self service check in. It was great to be able to just get in your room and get going. The room was big enough with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Wifi and the free parking was great. The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room.

Fairly nice, quite small rooms for 4 people but understandable. The two leveled bed should have micro stairs instead of the ladder, because of its small size it really hurts your feet to climb up to the bed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I made a mistake with the booking dates and contacted the hotel immediately—less than a minute after making the reservation—to request a cancellation or modification. Despite my prompt request and willingness to book new dates with an additional payment, the hotel refused to cancel my reservation without a fee.The staff offered to make a new manual reservation but insisted that I pay a supplement and informed me that the new reservation would be non-refundable. Essentially, I was forced to pay extra to correct a simple human error and was left with a non-cancelable booking.This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially considering that the cancellation request was made instantly after the initial booking. I do not recommend this hotel, as they prioritize rigid policies over customer service.I will not be returning, and I suggest looking for a hotel that values customer satisfaction and is more accommodating.

The hotel does not have a storage room. I was flying in the afternoon. I had a meeting the whole day. So, I couldn't find a place to put my luggage. I chose this hotel because it said in its web site that there is luggage storage room in it.The hotel should not lie to its customers.
