We booked the hotel in combination with the Legoland visit. It’s totally great for these purposes! The outside and lobby are uninviting, but the rooms are very nice. Big and comfortable beds!The breakfast is great for the price and tailored to children. The staff is consistently very, very nice! There's nothing to complain about here!Thanks!

Family friendliness is more of an illusion than reality. Baby cot is charged at a flat rate even though you don't need it. The rooms are also unsuitable for small children, dirty floors, mildew stains, dangerous folding sleeping beds (active children could fall into the crack at night and get their foot stuck). The beds are never cleaned, there are used plasters there. Small children crawl around everywhere, so as a "family-friendly" hotel you should pay great attention to cleanliness.Communication with the hotel was very difficult, different statements about things that should be available in the hotel and in the end no one knows where anything is. It is clear that the staff were not properly trained.2 employees were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rest seemed very annoyed and arrogant.Absolutely not recommended for the price. Even at breakfast, the food is sold to "to good to go" customers rather than left to paying customers. Some children don't eat until 11 a.m. One should accept this and not dismiss it with “that’s what everyone says”.Edit: Photos will be added in the coming days

In the commercial area and definitely a family hotel.The playroom for the children is huge and there is a lot to discover. Unfortunately, the room right next door (100) may suffer from the noise.The playroom also gives a slightly dingy impression - which is unfortunately always the case with things like this. I can't describe it any other way... It's not gross or anything.

The location is perfect for a family stay at LEGOLAND, there is a gas station and food options near the hotel.Unfortunately, the hotel did not impress us in terms of cleanliness and we would not book a second stay. There was a T-shirt and a drinking bottle from the previous person under the bed.

The hotel is in a quiet location, although you can get to the motorway in about 2 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful.The room was clean and very spacious. Since only breakfast is offered, you don't have to starve. Various restaurants are within walking distance.

The hotel is great for going to Legoland. We were there for a weekend. A really nice hotel, it also had a kids club downstairs. Breakfast was manageable but the floor (carpet) was totally dirty with real dark stains. Reception was also very friendly. The marriage net in the room for heavy people (100kg +) was a disaster & the room wasn't cleaned either. Otherwise everything was super clean! There is also enough space for parking. The machines on every level were still broken.

Very nice in itself except for the shower in the bathroom, which is way too high and the hairdryer sounds like a jackhammer. The children's playroom and large garden were positive. Very family friendly. Breakfast was also very good, plenty of choice and very good. Enough parking spaces.

The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting Legoland, we had a nice room with enough space.Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned or the towels changed once in the next 3 times, which means the hotel loses a few points.We sat at breakfast opposite the reception, the extremely dirty curtains spoiled our appetite, which was a shame.Staff not necessarily polite, a lady at breakfast was only interested in finding out the room number, so she literally ran after us.
