The entrance to the hotel - inside a shopping center with a fitness center and a large parking garage - was difficult to find because there were trucks parked in front of the name flags on the street. Parking in front of the barrier is free if you get a free space. A severely disabled parking space on the entire parking deck. Parking behind the barrier costs money.Check-in was easy, was booked online and already paid for. Nobody wanted to see their ID card!All rooms have no refrigerator, no air conditioning. When the window is open it is very loud, the tram is constantly driving along and trucks are shunting all night long. There are no glasses in the rooms, not even a container for brushing your teeth.Two single beds pushed together, a king bed is definitely something different!The mattresses are very soft and worn out.There is no wardrobe, everything is open and dusty.TV can only be clearly seen from one side of the bed.Narrow bathroom, walk-in shower (rainforest and hand shower), very good exhaust air.Quality of towels very poor, incredibly thin, rag-like.I personally find single-ply toilet paper to be a disgrace!There is no allergy-friendly bed linen, despite request.The whole hotel smells like sweet baby powder, you don't have to have it.What's hip about it, well.If it is the carpet shampoo: it is also available without odor.The doors throughout the hotel are set too tightly and close (slam) loudly throughout the night.Window view of the street side of the company premises.Breakfast: very simple standard. Sweetened milk in the coffee machine doesn't work at all. If I wanted sweet milk in my coffee, I would sweeten it myself!Almost no packaging waste. However, the serving arrangements weren't even changed in 2 hours, that's how disgusting they looked. The scored butter is not cooled and is accordingly greasy. I don't understand why a standard slice of cheese needs to be rolled. The same applies to salami and dry turkey cold cuts. Food is not a toy. The orange juice is lukewarm and tastes metallic. Baked goods contain raising agents, very poor quality.It's exciting to watch the employee with the clearing cart. I have never seen such a slow, inefficient way of working. He also drives the car backwards into the back of an occupied chair, without apologizing of course. Tables are not cleaned either.Price-performance ratio breakfast: clearly too expensive.Overall, there are significantly better hotels in Augsburg in the same price range.As of: mid-September 2024

Very nice hotel. Super furnished. Theme has been completely followed through. Breakfast really tasty and hygienic.Lots of selection and fresh. Unfortunately, due to the late staff at reception, we got a noisy room than previously booked and paid for in advance.😤Staff on the day were really very, very friendly. Unfortunately no air conditioning. 😰Parking spaces good and large. Only the access to the parking space on the 1st floor is waaaaahhhhnnnnsinig narrow. So be careful with the new sedans and station wagons.

The room was super nice and huge! (Superior King Room) lots of attention to detail and not just run-of-the-mill modern. 99 really has a character of its own.Check-in was super friendly and in general we found the staff super nice. Reception, all service and cleaning staff are always very, very friendly!You also get the feeling that sustainability is really important here. Breakfast was great, but it wasn't replenished excessively but was really appropriate for the number of guests. Recycling toilet paper is also totally fine!Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, but we were there on an extremely hot day (30° upwards) and found it pleasant in the room despite the windows being closed. The building is completely new and certainly super insulated.Free checkout until 12 p.m. Perfect for having breakfast in peace and checking out comfortably.We had a great time there as a family and felt really comfortable.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the room and the parking. Unfortunately the temperature was very high as the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. It's a shame, but I'd be happy to come back when the temperatures are milder.

Nice modern hotel in a very quiet location if there wasn't a parking lot/gym in the courtyard..It is very loud there in the evening when the window is open.But it works when the window is closed.Very suitable for a short stay.

The hotel is located in a shopping center. The rooms are quite large, but unfortunately not air-conditioned and therefore very warm in summer. The bed mattress was far too soft for me. There is a decent breakfast buffet and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, parking costs extra if you want to use the hotel parking lot with a charging station, so I parked for free at the supermarket and charged on the way.

The hotel certainly has a lot of potential but has many aspects that certainly need improvement. First, there is no mini bar and air conditioning. According to the management, it is a bit approximate in terms of management and reception. Finally, without a car it is difficult to get around if you want to reach the center of Augsburg.

The room is smaller than in the photos. Not very clean, but the worst thing is the lack of air conditioning. The room's window overlooked the parking lot, where noisy social gatherings were taking place. The bar closed in the evening, apparently due to lack of staff. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the center by tram. Breakfast was good.
