Clean and tidy, great breakfast and app access works easily. For non-app users, you can also program up to 3 key cards in the hotel.Centrally located, you are right at the train station and in the city center.

Greatly renovated hotel in the heart of Immenstadt with a great breakfast buffet in front of the former vault in the basement. Everything is digital...it takes some getting used to...but real people cook analogue. Uuufff

As a film production we had a shoot with VAUDE + Business Coach in the Allgäu mountains. Great hotel, great location, great beds, great breakfast...everything is perfect, even though we really appreciate a friendly and personal “welcome”. Nevertheless, a clear recommendation!

I'm thrilled. Nice spacious and clean room, delicious breakfast and good location in Immenstadt. My highlight is that you can open all the doors with your cell phone.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Bollwerk. Fancy alone is of no use if the basics don't fit. The air conditioning still didn't work for us (although we read about it in the comments for some time), which makes sleeping under the roof unbearable. The blue light in the super small bathroom is annoying at night when the fellow traveler uses the bathroom at night, as it shines high towards the bed under the roof. The stairs are incredibly dangerous, as you can read in other comments here. The curtains on the roof windows were broken.Unfortunately, the cleanliness and new renovations don't help to get a better rating.

Very stylish hotel right next to the train station and at the beginning of the pedestrian zone.Very clean, stylishly furnished rooms with comfortable beds and extensive breakfast.Check-in and door opening via app self-explanatory, staff at breakfast very nice.

The hotel is well equipped and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and so I had to walk two floors to the room. The room wasn't cleaned up in the morning, i.e. no new towels and the beds weren't made either. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is poor.

Super great hotel with clean rooms and a great location in the center.The big negative point is that although dogs are allowed, unfortunately they are not allowed in the breakfast room... you should probably communicate that in advance. Self-check-in worked great...in contrast to the elevator...it was out of order...that was actually unreasonable with an 87-year-old grandma and a dog...unfortunately you couldn't swap rooms. All in all, I would recommend the hotel!

Service is difficult to assess as it is deliberately kept low (no reception). But I spoke to them on the phone in advance (group trip) and the 2 or 3 special requests were implemented. Breakfast was surprisingly rich. Location near the city center and train station is great.

Newly renovated hotel centrally located near the train station. Our room with bath/shower was large and wheelchair accessible. Breakfast was good and plentiful. First of all, the online procedure for registration and check-in was unusual. It was good that you could program normal access cards/keycards using a terminal. The hotel app, which, among other things, was supposed to activate hotel/room access, only worked sometimes. Since we programmed two keycards immediately after checking in, the app not working wasn't a problem. Without the keycard I would have had to sleep in the hallway or snack room.The parking spaces directly behind the hotel can be booked additionally. The parking garage, which is about a 5-minute walk away, is cheaper.In summary: We spent 2 pleasant days at the Hotel BOLLWERK.
