Room not as booked. Walls were very dirty, there was a strong smell of stale smoke and the rooms are extremely narrow. The shower was leaking and the hand shower was broken. Furthermore, a lamp was missing on one side of the room.Hotel employee did not respond to the complaint.

Close to Hauptbahnhof, easy to reach with two different metro lines and an easy self check in. The room was tidy and came with two towels. The common bathroom was shared with another room and it was also clean. The four stars represent a very good quality for price.

You get what you pay for.The location is very good, walking distance to U6. There are supermarkets and bakeries near.Self check-in was easy and fast, but the customer before me had some problems with it. The room is pretty small, basically a bed, a TV and some luggage storage. The room is definitely not soundproof, you can hear every conversation happening in the corridor area.Two rooms share one toilet and shower. Showering is not a pleasing experience, as there’s no glass or shower curtain to block the water. It gets flooded unfortunately.

We had originally planned for 3 nights at this property, but left after 1 night. Unclean sheets and pillows, no internet connection, unsanitary shower with moldy joints, dangerous socket not properly attached to the wall, door that does not close properly, poorly soundproofed room, doors of neighboring rooms that slam late at night and neighbors noisy. The manager was not immediately reachable (neither by me nor by booking customer service) and could only be contacted after an hour. Very unfriendly person, who made no effort to try to resolve the problem, insisted that the offices were closed on weekends and who ultimately ended up hanging up on me. The problem was reported to booking customer service, but the manager did not respond within the response time imposed by booking. To escape...We changed hotels and we don't regret it at all.

I don't recommend anyone, the bed linen in the room is dirty, even the walls, the towel. Small sink in the bathroom, scratched faucet, defective hand shower. Catastrophe.

If you like mold, this is the place for you. The highlight, however, is that check-out is at 11 a.m., but you can no longer get into your room after 10:30 a.m. (electronic card lock). So if, like me, you go to the bathroom at 11:30 to freshen up and then want to go back to your room, you end up standing in the hallway with your panties on without your wallet or cell phone and can't get in. Mind you: there is no reception and no one is there :(

Small pleasant hotel in the Harras area. An ideal place for those who arrive late at night, because in the corridor there is a machine for self-check-in, i.e., accordingly, there is no reception. Everything is very simple and intuitive. Payment at the hotel is only possible by card!The location was also nice - Marienplatz is 15 minutes by metro, there are also buses and buses. For those who come to Oktoberfest, it is also an advantage, because the hotel is not so far away.By the way, the hotel itself is located in a large building on the fourth floor, very close to a salon with washing machines and numerous cafes.The rooms are small, clean and stylishly furnished. Overall, we highly recommend it - we will definitely come back here again.

Self-catering hotel, self-check inn, which worked without any problems. It was clean, the room showed minor signs of wear, but that wasn't significant. The cleaning and laundry service (towels) were tip top. Mattresses/bed very good. A bit noisy from the hallway to the room. Hardly any noise from the street. A double room with its own bathroom was used.

Thank you for the pleasant stay. This small and fine design hotel was really fun. No frills and really good! Extremely clean, uncomplicated and unbeatable for the price! In this category of hotel you have to look for a long time to find something like this. The check inn is controlled by a machine that was easy to use. The location is perfectly connected and very easy to reach by public transport. You can also quickly find a parking space by car. I even had a view of the Alps from my room!My room (double room) was unexpectedly spacious and had everything you needed! Pleasant design, a cool bathroom and, above all, a super comfortable bed with a perfect mattress and bed linen in which I slept wonderfully!Conclusion: Honest, clean and well-kept, top price, uncomplicated and great location. I'd love to come back and hope there's room.
