Great hotel for one or more nights. We used it on our way to Italy. Great location, close to Lidl and restaurants. There is a kitchenette in the room and a room with tables in the hotel where you can eat your meal and buy coffee and chocolate from an espresso machine for 2 euros. Very nice staff, mostly from Poland😀 very clean, the bathroom and kitchenette have everything you need, towels, lotions, dishes. I recommend

Very clean hotel. Rooms are a bit small but we slept well and were completely sufficient for two nights. Reception very friendly and uncomplicated.

Everything was perfect during my 2 day stay, especially the hostess was very friendly and helpful!The room is modern, simple + clean and the price-performance ratio is right! The breakfast also left nothing to be desired; one morning I was asked if I would like scrambled eggs.

Nice little hotel on the edge of Landshut. Service was friendly. Rooms are tidy and clean, just a bit noisy. Check in was uncomplicated. There are shops and a bakery within walking distance.The hotel is easy to reach from the motorway.

The hotel is great. The rooms are friendly, bright and tidy. The bathroom is very clean and even has a window! The breakfast is more than sufficient and it looks very inviting.The lady at reception is super friendly and always helpful. My delay at check-in was resolved easily and unbureaucratically. The parking spaces at the house are perfect for those traveling by motorbike.A clear recommendation!! Gladly again at any time.

Room for 2 people too small. Practically too little space and missing kitchen utensils for cooking.Nice large balcony without balcony furniture - bring it out of the room?Preset maximum volume on the television - too quiet.There are few restaurants within walking distance in the area - general information only. This is not attributable to the accommodation.5 nights in the apartment: Hassle-free check-in. Extremely good communication beforehand and during the stay. Good parking at the house. The cleanliness cannot be topped. No coffee machine in the kitchen (but in the common room) - I brought my own device. Large balcony. Good starting point for tours, Landshut can be easily and quickly reached, shopping opportunities are within walking distance.I would book this room alone (unaccompanied) again.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are really nicely decorated. Booking by phone and paying in cash was easy and straightforward. The hotel is very centrally located and there is a stop in the immediate vicinity and there are options to eat out (e.g. Indian) on site. The lady at the reception is super personable and friendly. The hotel is quiet and the beds are super comfortable to sleep in.The breakfast is also very rich and extensive and the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine and appropriate. I can only recommend this hotel.

We booked 2 double rooms in Hotel 37 for one night and were very satisfied.The rooms were spacious, had a double bed with 2 bedside tables, a very large closet, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair and another piece of storage furniture.The bathroom was narrow but had everything you need.Everything was very well maintained and clean, plus free WiFi.The location in the commercial area ensured a good, quiet night. Parking space right next to the house.The reception was also extremely friendly and went quickly, as was the check-out.We didn't book breakfast, but it looked good.We would like to particularly praise the fact that our son had forgotten his cell phone and after a short call, the manager immediately checked the room - despite the ongoing breakfast traffic - and put the cell phone back for us.Even if the hotel is not centrally located in Landshut, we would book it again at any time. Since we are often in Landshut, we have already stayed at a few hotels there and Hotel 37 is definitely one of the top 3.

Only the shower leaves much to be desired, as there is no cabin or curtain, and while taking a shower, the water splashes onto the bathroom, making it a mess.
