Spent 4 nights at the hotel. Although not huge the rooms were perfectly adequate. Comfortable beds, very good shower, asked for a kettle and it was immediately provided. Air con and fridge fairly ineffective. Neither were very cool. …

Arrival was late around 1am, small glitch with authorising my card prior to arrival meaning funds were "held", plus had to pay the 2 nights cost at same time, but funds were released in the morning so all good. …

Rooms were very nice and the service was very good. I don’t understand the bad reviews here. My biggest complaint was the location. It’s right across from a bar/hostel and they didn’t quite down until super late. Also, I don’t know what’s up with the A/C (I thought Germany had no A/C), but the A/C was blowing hot air.Other than that, the rooms were very nice and centrally located.

On the positive side, the location is extremely convenient, right across from the main train station. As for the rest, I only have negative things to report. The room was tiny, the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen in all of Europe. Luckily, I had a small bag, otherwise there was nowhere to put a larger suitcase. But that’s the least of the problems. The worst part was the room's poor cleanliness. There were hairs from the previous guest in the bathroom. There was a small complimentary bowl with peanuts, but they strongly tasted like cigarette butts because the bowl had been used as an ashtray by someone, and apparently the cleaning staff just rinsed it quickly in the room's bathroom instead of replacing it. Disgusting.Upon checkout, I reported the cleanliness issue to the reception, but they couldn’t have cared less.I’m not happy with my stay at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be an option for my next stay in Munich.

The employees were helpful and friendly. The location is great, especially if you are coming in via train. The train station also has a route to the airport, so this is a good place to stay if you are flying in/out as well. 5-10 minute walk to the city center and many tourist activities. There are plenty of great restaurants and beerhalls/gardens nearby. The rooms could have been bigger, plus it is pretty noisy outside in this part of town. Our room technically had A/C although it was not that strong and we had to open our windows to cool down. Bring those earplugs, as it can be noisy on the streets. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Be prepared. ||I took my wife to Germany for the first time. I was extremely disappointed in the hotel. ||I rented a car for convenience. Upon arriving, the parking garage is gated. You need to get on the intercom to open it up. …

We booked 4 rooms at this so-called 4-star hotel, paid in full and had a confirmed late check-out for 3:00 PM. …

Very convenient to the train station and a quiet room. The neighborhood has declined somewhat and there is construction everywhere. I wouldn’t say the neighborhood is bad but it is certainly a bit seedier than in the recent past. Everything in the room worked and there were no complaints.

The awful Hotel I have ever booked across allcountries I visit. Stayed for 2 nights with friends 4 rooms . It was confirmed and paid late check out but they requested us to leave earlier and they charged us 40 euro. They have one very tight elevator and they have small parking area in basement with charge of course. The restaurant is too small with very limited types. Very bad communication skills with their customers.
