The location of the guesthouse is very good, but is already reflected in the price structure. However, the situation in the breakfast room and especially in the room is different. The areas are in urgent need of renovation and as a result you can only feel comfortable to a limited extent. It's a shame that so little emphasis is placed on the quality of the condition!!!

The guesthouse has a great location. Within a minute you are at the Viktualienmarkt and a minute later at Marienplatz. The tram stop is also only 10 meters away. You can find a Norma around one corner and even a Rewe around another corner.The guesthouse itself is simply furnished, although the rooms could be a little more modern, but everyone has to decide for themselves. It's easily enough to sleep and explore the city. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was also sufficient and tasty, although the eggs were always very hard-boiled (2 minutes less would be better).There is no elevator.

Run-down room with broken closet door. Cables hang from the ceiling. Dirty bathroom and room. Shower head hanging down on the hose. Parking 800 meters in the parking garage... really sucks with luggage.

The best thing about the guesthouse is the location... otherwise the guesthouse is absolutely not recommended. The rooms are in a run-down condition. Room door with holes, cupboard door torn out, cables hanging down, toilet flushing so low that you had to use water from the shower to flush.Breakfast is no different. Sausage from the supermarket package, “antipasti” from the jar/can, coffee stale and the rolls baked.GsD it was only one night... but never again

WOW! I've seen a lot, but this guesthouse surpasses everything! Any homeless shelter is probably in better condition. Booked through Booking because of the good location. But this is of no use at all if you are suffocating from dirt in the rooms. The staircase without an elevator is quite adventurous, the office in the kitchen... well... I could see from the photos that the guesthouse was left in the 60s, but when I got into the room... shock! Holder for the shower? Nope, defective. Shower detergent is in the shower tray, there is no hairdryer, greasy shower curtain, no place to put suitcases, not even a bedside table, no socket, TV meters thick with dust, lampshade meters thick with dust, no smoke detectors, etc. Ancient broken wardrobe... Asked to change room, got new room... same thing in green only with Buddha wallpaper. I feel completely wrong...even if the location is good, you can't accommodate your guests in such a bad way!! Ms. Seibel, be ashamed of yourself. Luckily I was able to check out immediately without any fees, even though I didn't have a new place to stay. I'd rather sleep in the park! Forego the location, prefer to sleep cleanly and safely and take the subway for a few minutes.

Never again!!! Everything is pretty old and unkempt. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, so we first bought disinfectant wipes at the drugstore opposite and cleaned them ourselves. One bed was a disaster: it was a bit wobbly and creaked extremely and loudly with EVERY little movement, so the person who slept in the bed had to lie as still as possible so that both of them could get some sleep.Breakfast OK, everything canned, but nothing fresh. No air conditioning. Quite loud at night due to the good location. Staff very friendly.THE WORST: Instead of a beautiful 15sqm room with a French double bed like in the very attractive offer photos, we only got a small, run-down single room in which another bed was placed. Although we had already booked 7 months in advance, they couldn't (or didn't want to?) give us the room category we had booked because all the double rooms were supposedly already occupied - but we didn't arrive particularly late, we checked in around 4:30 p.m. Statement from the receptionist: Check-in has been since 2 p.m. Here you cannot rely on actually getting the room category you booked upon arrival. Very disappointing, we were really looking forward to it. Therefore: never again!!!

Terrible hostel, we left very quickly, this is not worth 80 euros per night, at most 40. First make sure that you make it neat and clean and that the wall is not covered in mold and is slowly crumbling on the bed, everything in the hallway smelled of smoke and everything was really dirty and not taken care of. A run-down hostel for students who can't afford anything better. We saw it very quickly, you can be right in the center, but for ten euros more you can get something decent. In no time we had a very nice hotel and slept wonderfully there. Stay away from here. It's scandalous that this exists.

Phew! For 152 euros this is a disgrace! Breakfast is packaged and canned. There's nothing fresh there, no fruit, not even a slice of cucumber. The room was clean. The bathroom...has had better days (if any). Conclusion: Unfortunately, in Munich you can offer this for this money. A pity!

As the saying goes: location, location, location. Otherwise there's not much that's nice about it. The rooms can be described benevolently as rustic or as old, run-down and dirty. The bathrooms in particular are barely bearable.The breakfast was nice and reasonable for the price.But the location between Viktualienmarkt, Gärtnerplatz, Isar and the old town is of course great and largely compensates for the inconveniences.
