Absolutely the rudest check-in experience I have ever encountered in my years of travel. When I raised concern the staff member chose to start an argument with me about it rather than explain.Be aware that the airport shuttle does not run through the middle of the day despite what the listing says in terms of services. It won't be evident to you until after you booked the property and they have your money. And the directions they provide to the shuttle bus stop at the airport are vague, confusing, incorrect.No service at this hotel whatsoever. There's only one employee on the premises at any one given time, and it's not the manager... Basically completely self-service.The rooms are small and shabby. Walls are covered in scuff marks.Radisson should be ashamed to call this hotel part of their chain!AVOID! I won't be back.

We stayed at the hotel before the flight with breakfast and the shuttle to and from the airport. At 10 euros per person per trip, it's not cheap, but it's very convenient, public transport is very inconvenient with a suitcase if you can't drop it off the evening before. The shuttle stops directly in front of Terminal 1 and the hotel. You can't hear any aircraft noise in the room. More like from an adjoining room, quiet.There is also a very large parking lot. Breakfast is comprehensive, great coffee!In the evening, snacks or something similar could be purchased in the hotel, a good bar. We recommend the Italian restaurant next door from Monday to Friday, but be sure to reserve the seats by phone, as it is very busy. Highly recommended!!!

Relatively close to the airport and surprisingly good. Modern and clean rooms. Bar area and food looked nice. Small shop in reception to buy snacks. Well appointed for an overnight stay. Easy to get an Uber into Munich the following morning. Shuttle also available to the airport for a fee

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our holiday trip and booked with our 8 year old daughter. The first impression from the outside was a bit strange - the hotel looked a bit like an establishment with red lights. But inside everything was modern and, above all, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were immediately offered support, especially during self-check-in, which we really appreciated.The room was simple, but perfectly fine for the price and definitely worth its value. It was also clean – really great! Unfortunately there was no extra bed for our daughter, so the three of us shared the double bed, although with only two blankets. Nevertheless, we all slept well.The next morning my wife needed her obligatory coffee, but we didn't want to book a full breakfast for 18 euros. To our positive surprise, a very friendly employee came and offered us coffee for my wife for free. Our daughter was even allowed to have scrambled eggs and a roll at no extra charge - really great.In summary, we had a pleasant, short stay with exceptionally friendly staff. The only thing that could be worked on is the external appearance of the hotel, and it would be nice if a booking for three people also provided three sleeping options. All in all, a highly recommended hotel! Thanks again to the great staff.

Unfortunately, the lady at the reception was unable to print out a proper invoice. When I asked for a cappuccino, the answer was that when my colleague was finished smoking, they would get one. So service is not the priority. Rooms are functional, but very small and getting old. Shower gel was available downstairs in the shop for a lot of money.

Rooms are quite shabby, but the "service" that the staff provides here is simply unbelievable... I checked in late, got into the room and took a shower... Only to find out, soaking wet, that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty - Not acceptable for a "radisson" hotel in itself, but it can happen. When I arrived at the reception, the employee explained to me: "Oh yes, we've been having delivery problems with shower gel for three weeks, sorry!" That was probably the end of the matter for him... The "manager" who was called had more problems with my obvious indignation than with admitting that things were simply messed up here. Sorry, if I pay 228EUR (!) for such a junk room, then I expect at least soap to be there. And if the manager buys them personally from DM around the corner!?! And then the next morning the cleaning man knocks at 8 a.m. to ask when you're checking out?! Unbelievable, I hope Radisson sells this excuse of a hotel as soon as possible. Never again!

The shower head in the room was defective and unfortunately could only be used with great effort.There is a charge for parking in the hotel courtyard, which is outrageous considering the price of the room.The breakfast is not exactly cheap at 18 euros per person.

The hotel is located in an industrial park about 4-5km south of the Munich airport.Understandably, this location is good for business meetings around the area.The hotel is quite minimalist, but not necessarily in a good way. There were no bottles of water in the room, not even cups or drinking glasses. The rooms are quite small, and the rooms are not cleaned each day.Because it was the fall season and many festivals, rooms were limited in Munich.Prices were extremely high, but this is due to supply and demand.This location is better for business travelers and not for sightseeing. But I’m saddened by the fact that simple amenities are no longer available in hotels in Germany. Is this something new? Or is it in response to high costs of living?Not a lot of value here.

Frankly one of the best service staff I’ve interacted with in a long time. We had our flights cancelled and about 30 of us came to the hotel and Bastian at the reception was an absolute star who made sure we had a lovely stay and also helped us coordinate the chaos of last minute bookings and cabs. Wonderful hotel!The girl at the reception was very kind and suggested how it would be more convenient for me to return to the airport from the hotel (since it was a forced stop due to a canceled flight).I didn’t take breakfast because I had to check out early.Very clean. Incredibly comfortable bed. Even three hours of sleep was bliss.From the hotel you can get to the airport by transfer. The schedule and payment can be found at the reception.

Neither the hotel nor the surrounding area wins any beauty prizes, but it is completely sufficient and practical for an overnight stay near the airport to catch an early flight. It is clean, quiet, 8 minutes drive to the terminal, there is a gas station at the roundabout that leads to the hotel (interesting for rental cars with return at the airport), the hotel has a large parking lot (12 € per night, 2 €/h after 6 hours flat ), breakfast is rather simple. Friendly reception and quick checkout.

My work took me to the Prize for two nights. Despite being close to the airport, it is a very quiet hotel and you can sleep very well there.Check-in was very good, as was check-out.Room is spacious enough and the air conditioning worked very well.What I didn't find so good was that the shower supplies were completely empty and there was a long black hair stuck to it, just like there was a hair from another body part stuck to the sink.Since I was traveling on business from morning to evening, I didn't feel like telling the receptionist about it. I thought it would be fixed by service the next day. Unfortunately, I saw the small sticker on the edge of the sink too late, saying that the service staff would only clean the room after three days.This is of course unfavorable, especially if the towel is very wet from the shower and has been there for 3 days.I also think it's a shame that there is no discount on parking if you arrive with your own car. 2 euros an hour is pretty decent if you are also a guest in the hotel.Unfortunately, if you come with an electric vehicle, it is not so easy to use the two existing charging stations, as a separate contract has to be concluded here. According to reception, I would have had to deposit 50 euros by credit card when registering with the provider and I would then receive the unused amount back.Fuel cards for company vehicles (Aral, EWE etc.) do not work. Well, 50 meters further there is a free parking lot where I could charge my vehicle.In perspective, two charging stations are probably not the non plus ultra and using them in their current form is also not suitable for the future.Breakfast was okay, the scrambled eggs were in the shape of cubes, which I didn't know before. Pancakes are baked fresh by machine on request. Rolls were also good, jams, sausage and cheese were plentiful.Conclusion: I will definitely book it again if I have work to do here, simply because of its proximity to my destination.However, one or two things should be reconsidered in order to get full marks.
