Very disappointed by their service, person at reception asked for more money than the booking amount. Noise at night and impolite staff, behaviour is like they don't care about you as a guest. Found room Uncleand after check in. The only advantage is location.

Booked via Expedia - rated really well there - why?!?Location right by the train station/busy area.Many cultures and also loud in the evenings.Staff friendly at reception.Room had a lot of mold in the bathroom, ventilation broken, remote control broken, trash can not emptied, balcony full of cigarettes…On the positive side, unlike other recessions, there was warm water.OK for one night / better not for longer!

Despite the very high cost for two nights, upon my request to make a room on the first day they told me that it was an extra cost, to which I asked at least to give me toilet paper since there was half a roll of it, they didn't even have that forget about it.. really terrible

A hotel that is not recommended, dirty, old and dilapidated in general. Very unpleasant staff and they don't clean your room or change towels if you don't pay separately. The toilet is third world and smells bad. It is only close to the city center.

No. I accidentally booked the wrong date and despite immediately complaining to Mr. Aid the owner was refused cancellation or rebooking, even though rooms were available, Mr. Aid wanted to collect the full room price without accommodating. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. The employee also gave the wrong phone number three times to reach the owner or Booking directly.

Very average hotel with an attractive price if you’re on a budget. However doesn’t look like the pictures and please look into the location as it’s not a nice area. Room wasn’t cleaned once during my 3 night stay. Not one to leave bad reviews but felt the need to warn others!

I rated the room 2 stars for the following reasons: the room we stayed in was very dirty. There was black mould in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, there was dust all over the place and generally it was unclean. The toilet was also dirty. The beds were small, although not uncomfortable. We also had someone randomly knock on the door and ask to check for something about the water (although I don’t know because I cannot speak German) but it would have been nice to have been warned. I only rate rooms 1 star if they are unliveable. This is a LOW two star rating.Service was fine. When we asked for additional towels to mop up the water that dripped out the shower because of its small size and use of a shower curtain, we were provided them quickly. Otherwise, it was basic service.Location is NOT GOOD if you are looking to explore Munich. It is only good if you are looking for a place that is close to the station. If you want to visit Munich for its sights etc. I would not stay here.

Cheap hotel in an unpleasant location. Room was dirty. The hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and I genuinely felt unsafe being out in the street there. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Super small bathroom, they don't do daily cleaning, the balconies are super dirty with cigarette butts, the entire hotel reeks of cigarettes, it's horrible, the most redeeming thing is the location, one night in the early morning someone knocked on my door very loudly, at reception there was no They explained nothing

Excellent location The rooms and staff are terrible. There is no room to store luggage. Wi-Fi is terrible. It's true that the place is convenient, but the area is dangerous. and not safe should be avoided

For someone who only needs a hotel to sleep, it's fine. It's not a luxury hotel, but the price isn't overly high at €80 if you spontaneously missed the last train.The hotel is centrally located, which means there is a lot going on on the street even at night. The main train station and subway can be reached within a 4-minute walk.We were greeted incredibly warmly and chatted well with the staff. My room was at the back (still quite loud) and really far from modern. People with limited mobility should avoid it - thresholds in the room plus old shower tray with shower curtain. But it was clean and the bed was good. Electric blackout.

This was the scariest environment I've ever had at a hotel. (table dance bars and homeless people and construction sites) Thanks to football, the room was also overpriced.Everything looks nice in the photos. Reality was a smelly, dirty fridge in my room, yellow stains on the bathroom floor and absolutely deafening street noise.There was a kettle with residual water in it, properly calcified. But no tea, coffee or dishes. Upon request, a wet Coca Cola glass was brought to me.I found the bed rock hard. I had pain in the morning. Invoicing was also difficult: with the wrong address and only on the hectic morning of departure. At least all the service staff were friendly in managing the chaos.
