Good day,I have been to many wellness hotels, but something like the Hotel Torghele's Wald + Fluh has never happened to us.The hotel itself is very nice and the staff seem friendly upon first contact. However, it fails very much in terms of hospitality and if the guest has a wish, it doesn't even have to be special. We had booked a day spa, which included breakfast, a stay in the wellness area and lunch.Since the hotel advertises itself as family-friendly, there is nothing left to feel at lunch. The food was served in the form of a buffet. There were only vegetable sticks, salad and cake as cold dishes. The only warm food was overcooked tortellini with a ricotta/spinach filling. When we asked various staff whether it was possible to order something else, we were only told that there was nothing. No exceptions will be made as this cannot be held accountable to other guests. However, I think a hotel cannot assume that every guest will like this food. A family at the next table had to provide their small child with cake because he wouldn't eat anything else. Probably not the healthiest food for a toddler. With growling stomachs, we each booked a full-body massage for 40 minutes. The masseurs took us to separate rooms where both of our towels were already very dirty. The patient's artificial eyelashes were still on the women's bed in front of us. Not very hygienic for a 4 star hotel. In addition to this dirty treatment room, the treatment did not last 40 minutes as agreed but only lasted around 30 minutes. My partner had more discomfort after the treatment than before. All in all, more of a flop.Due to the circumstances and a very growling stomach, we unfortunately had to cancel the day spa early. There was only limited insight from the staff. We can definitely not recommend staying at this hotel.

We are thrilled🤩 Great hotel with a feel-good factor 100%. The staff were so friendly and made us feel very well looked after at all times. A big thank you also to the gentleman at the bar who provided us with the ice cream we needed. Very diverse relaxation offerings with great sauna areas and infusions. Great hotel for families, couples and very dog friendly. The rooms are comfortable and very cozy with the wood. The food selection is great, lots of choice both at the buffet and at dinner. We can only recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the wonderful days ☺️

A hotel with potential. I have already been to many different wellness hotels and unfortunately I have to say that there are some aspects that are missing to keep up with other wellness hotels in the similar price segment. It starts with the fact that you are not offered a welcome drink and there is no luggage service. The hotel is quite winding, depending on which room you have you have to take 3 elevators and additional stairs. Overall, the rooms are nicely furnished with a great view, but the equipment is very poor, there is no minibar, no kettle or coffee machine, no room service whatsoever and the cleaning of the rooms is unfortunately not thorough (used glasses are not replaced, dog toys and treats are left behind). previous guest were still in the room) and the spa towels are only changed once a day upon request. The spa area is beautifully designed and there are enough loungers, but there was not a single infusion for a whole week (a sign in the spa area announced infusions on Mondays and Saturdays, not enough for a wellness hotel, but even they didn't take place). The food is averagely good, but there is a lack of quality and variety when you compare it with other hotels. In addition, the hotel is located directly on a busy country road, which is easy to hear and see from the spa and some rooms.Overall, I unfortunately have to say that the price-performance ratio is not right here.

Unfortunately no infusions from Tuesday to Friday!!!!The rooms are beautiful, the food is very good.BUT for the price I think there have to be infusions in the wellness area all week long. For me that's a reason not to go there anymore.I'm sorry, but for me it's part of the high standard. That's why I only give it 3 stars

Unfortunately we didn't like it. The reasons for this are poor hygiene in the bathroom. The toilet and sink were not cleaned for 3 days. …

This time too the weather cooperated. However, it was a little cooler so eating on the terrace wasn't recommended. The staff is still very accommodating. …
