Very nice hotel.We really enjoyed staying here and slept very well.Great furnishings, but unfortunately the television was a bit broken and sometimes simply switched off while it was in use.

I was in Munich for several days on business and was therefore a guest at the hotel. Despite a few small things, the stay was really pleasant and highly recommended.The location is particularly ideal for business trips, as it is well connected and accessible next to the main train station. However, there will probably be a not insignificant disadvantage that construction will take place there until 2030 and late risers during the week in particular will have a difficult time with a room facing the street.Otherwise, the rooms are really nicely coordinated with the style of the hotel and definitely have their charm. However, my home was relatively small and somewhat difficult to maneuver with a large suitcase.My highlight of the stay was the breakfast, as in addition to the classic things like muesli, rolls and eggs with bacon, there are also Bavarian specialties like white sausages and pretzels.In summary, I can absolutely recommend the hotel despite small flaws.

We had the best experience at this hotel for the start and end of our Germany trip. Super helpful and kind staff (restaurant & front desk). Easy location to access by train, fun design, and we loved the free beer in the mini fridge. 10/10 would come back to this hotel!I was also surprised at how quiet the rooms felt even though construction and the city center is so close.

Never again!What initially looked promising turned out to be a complete disappointment. The entrance to the hotel made a nice impression and gave us hope that we were in the right place. But unfortunately the positive ended right there. Instead of a room in the main building, we were sent to an annex building that was a whopping 300 meters away from the hotel. That in itself was a bitter setback.The outbuilding was a complete disappointment. No sauna, no restaurant – although this was announced beforehand. The carpet in the hallways was worn and the room was dreary and devoid of charm. Added to this was the noise from the inner courtyard, which robbed us of our nights. And as if that wasn't enough, there were homeless people standing in front of the entrance to the building next door. This gave us anything but a feeling of security.All in all, this stay was a disaster. What started as a beautiful entryway ended in a terrible experience. The price-performance ratio is completely out of control here and you don't get anywhere near what was promised. I advise everyone not to book this hotel – never again!

Nice stay but staff was a little rude about going into the restaurant one night because of a private party. They could have been a little nicer. Also, there was a yelling drunk woman on the floor of the lobby being arrested one night.

Fantastic Hotel! I really liked the design and atmosphere and the excellent service. Hotel location could not be better for travelling to airport and to explore the city. The public transport is few steps from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the old town is just around the corner.

Design over function for too much money. The hotel stands out above all for its design, which can be briefly described as hipster design. With its combination of old-fashioned elements (fittings, rotary switches), notes of industrial design and wooden elements coupled with Bavarian kitsch, the rooms undoubtedly have more character than normal, but that cannot hide their shortcomings. Even medium double rooms feel more like single rooms. The sink is next to the bed, the shower goes directly into the room. Storage space is in great short supply. The floor is tiled, except that the tiles are obviously delicate and are now covered in permanent stains, particularly in the toilet. But a quick test also showed that they weren't really clean either. The only place that actually benefits from the stronger design thinking is the sauna, which is more comfortable than any other hotel I know. Other positive points include the very friendly staff, as well as the comfortable bed and the generally practical location of the hotel, although you shouldn't be too sensitive to noise. At breakfast in the adjoining Neni restaurant you should take advantage of the freshly (and well) cooked food service, as the buffet is otherwise below average for a hotel in this price range. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not right here. You can live noticeably better in Munich for the same money.

The word “gym” takes on a very special meaning here in the hotel. See photo.The toilet was a water-running toilet with a loud noise level - the water ran and ran and couldn't be turned off.Conclusion: room swap.This should be checked by the staff before checking in.I didn't feel comfortable as a guest here.
