The rooms weren't exactly clean. There was thick dust in the corners. The shower stall doors were yellow and black at the bottom. The door seal as well. When you pressed the toilet button it was behind, let's call it very dirty. The cleaning product smelled extremely bad all night long. The rooms are very noisy. The door didn't close properly. The air conditioning didn't work. Since you can't open the windows at night because of the noise, we woke up in the morning sweating. The hotel gives the impression that the owner mainly wants to make money. He doesn't care about the hotel itself. You had to enter the code at the entrance door several times until it worked. For some it didn't work at all. The elevator urgently needs to be replaced. Too little in return for so much money.

Edit: why service 0/5: I have been trying to reach out to them to get my payment invoice which they never sent automatically, but they have ignored my email and also no one answers the phone at all. But right after my review here, they react!People: Your business doesn’t flourish by showing off fake stuff on internet to impress customers, but by doing your job correctly and with good quality!

We were there for an F.C. football game. Bavaria for one night in this hotel. We had a family room which wasn't particularly large, but was still completely sufficient and, above all, clean. The online check-in from home went smoothly; we received our room number and code in good time before arrival. Early check-in also worked well. The breakfast had everything you needed and everything was always replenished. What should also be emphasized is the friendliness of all the employees, you were always greeted, which was nice. Of course, as in many other hotels, people who don't speak German work here, but that doesn't affect everyone, as has often been stated here. If we go to an event in Munich again, we would be happy to sleep in this hotel again. By the way, the location is very good, three subway stations to the Allianz Arena and the Olympic Center. Studentenstadt subway station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

If you are looking for a reliable place to stay, regardless of the city, you are in good hands at the B&B Hotel. As usual, clean and immaculate.

I spent a few days at this hotel and had a great experience. It was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. It is close to both the bus and metro stations, making it easy to reach the city center (it takes around 25 minutes). Overall, a great choice for a nice stay in Munich!

I went on a weekend trip there a few days ago and stayed there for 2 nights. When I arrived, check-in went very, very well, but I was given a room where there was (unauthorized) smoking inside... I then reported this to reception and was given a new room straight away. It's a great hotel for a weekend trip and it's really well located (gas station right next to it, subway not far away). The underground car park thing also worked out great. However, my friend and I had the impression that the staff barely understood us and didn't speak German well. But otherwise the hotel is perfect for a weekend

Well located, just 500 m from the metro station directly to the heart of the city. They didn't clean our room in 6 days, nor did they make the bed. Rooms only with 2 plugs, expensive breakfast, next door there is a McDonald's for breakfast. I don't recommend it

So far we have always been satisfied with B&B hotels. Unfortunately, our stay at the B&B Munich City-Nord was an exception. Check-in at the counter was not possible (error message on all devices) and no one could be reached either on site or by phone. The emergency contact (caretaker) asked us to pay for an additional breakfast. This is the only way, he said, that we can gain access to the room. We paid because otherwise we would have had to spend the night in front of a locked door. The later refund was only carried out “as a gesture of goodwill” and the error was attributed to us as guests. We will consider whether we will decide to stay in a B&B again after this experience.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was nice, rooms clean. But overall nothing too special. Also quite noisy outside if you have a room towards the gas station
