Recently, I had a girls' trip to Germany, and our first stop was Munich! We were on a budget, and this fit it quite nicely.Registration was simple and efficient, they also provided 1 coupon/pax for each night that was booked for a free drink. Nice perk!It works as a place to rest for the night before the next day's adventure but nothing too fancy about it. Affordable and good enough!

It couldn't be easier. Small rooms, not even curtains on the windows. No coat hooks, only 2 stools in the four-bed room. Not even towel paper in the communal washrooms. The showers were tiny, we only had cold water for showering that morning. Towels are charged at €5.The beds are only 1.90m long, so not for tall people. Bed linen must be removed upon departure.

Very comfortable place, 4 steps from the station and public transport, really very comfortable, very clean, the rooms are very spacious and equipped with all the basic comforts. Buffet breakfast with various dishes. A big hello to Anna, the most beautiful reviewer I've met.

The room is dirty. Some of the staff are rude to customers. Close to HBF. The elevator is very slow. It is very expensive compared to the services you get. Do not recommend.

Not a place for women.I was in the room for the reviews that mention the male receptionist entering a female room at 1:30am for “passport control”. Doesn’t matter the reason but to do anything like that without the consent of the room’s inhabitants is abhorrent. I am grateful I was able to get my second night refunded because I was not staying there another night. The manager seemed genuinely distressed but I miscommunicated and I suspect he might have defended the passport control reason (I had thought he said “pest control”).Bathrooms were also awful. Blood on every wall of one of the toilet stalls. The showers are small and do not have enough room for you to bring your clothes or towel inside without getting everything wet. Floor was constantly flooded, and especially under the hand dryer.

NOT FOR WOMEN !I stayed from 9 to 12 October 2024 in the 6 bed women dorm room 110. In the last night we were just three women sleeping peacefully when in the middle of the night at 1:30 am a man opened our locked door and went inside. We were shocked and he just said that it was because of passport control. WHAT? I later went down to the reception because he was actually a staff member and he could not tell me any reason why this "control" (which he labeled afterwards as a check which beds are free) was necessary. He did not see anything wrong with it. He denied that it is wrong and harassing. Just "sorry".On my first day another male staff member entered the women's bathroom without warning for "control". When I told that the night staff member he saw this as normal and "you get what you pay for". WHAT?THIS IS NOT OK. WE PAID TO FEEL SAFE. WOMEN ROOMS ARE WOMEN ONLY ROOMS UNTIL A MAN ASKS AND GET AN OK TO ENTER.I cannot believe that I have to point that out. Never again. Not recommended.

A good, centrally located hostel. I booked a bed in a women's room for two days on a stopover here. Nice employees, clean rooms, cheap price.

Very poor communication with the staff, (arrogant and not fluent in German) zero understanding of goodwill administration in the event of a cancellation (concert cancellation) charging full cancellation fees even though it is Oktoberfest time and the rooms are always occupied. After several email exchanges and calls from my wife, she was laughed at on the phone. Pure rip-off
