Unfortunately only two stars, in the room the couch that folds up on the rails was broken, the doors in the bathroom were unhinged and the hairdryer on the wall didn't work either,In any case, the breakfast was great and the coffee was sufficient, which is why I give it 2 stars.

Last weekend we stayed at the Arthotel, right in the center of Landsberg. We were greeted very nicely and courteously by Melanie at reception. She read all of our wishes from our eyes. So we were able to start our vacation in a relaxed manner.Rooms were clean and spacious. A great and varied breakfast buffet and of course the lovely service.Thank you for the great stay!

Unfortunately, this stay is totally disappointing for me. I'm still looking for the reason why the hotel classification can be 4 stene. Not particularly clean. To get to room 114 I basically had to go into a maze without an elevator. Shower gel and hand soap were all included. TV doesn't work, outdated furnishings and tiny bathroom. The refrigerator and air conditioning were positive for me. Not even a shelf for the suitcase. But definitely not worth 139 euros...and that's without parking. Parking garage in the tunnel costs extra.

Hotel has a really good, central location. I can mention the mattresses and the breakfast as further plus points. But the cleaning of the rooms was really bad. I spent three nights there. The floor was dirty upon arrival and was not vacuumed during the entire stay. The room was obviously visited by a cleaner but there can be no question of cleaning. On the second evening the shower enclosure broke. Other guests I stayed at the hotel with had defective shower cubicles from the start. Furnishings are always a matter of taste. But I didn't like the mix of obviously old and more modern furniture.

The rooms are very tastefully decorated but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were still chips on the floor in the room and there were cobwebs on the lamps in various places. The shower had not been descaled and the windows in the breakfast room definitely needed to be cleaned. The breakfast buffet wasn't great either, the scrambled eggs were totally dry and so was the cheese. It's a shame for such a nice hotel

Nice hotel with a very central location but at the same time a very good connection to the public parking garage. Reception was super friendly and helpful when it came to food recommendations. The room was tidy and large. Despite the location, it was quiet. It's also good that it has air conditioning. Breakfast was very good.

Room looks more like a school camp than a hotel, very small. The walls are hardly or not at all insulated, you can hear a lot from the neighbors. Breakfast was kept very small. The location is central, but there is very little parking space.

3 couples, 3 double rooms, 2 nights - unanimous opinion. Not well-run house with a laissez-faire mentality - despite multiple reports of overflowing ashtrays/trash cans in front of the main entrance - shrugging of the shoulders. In some rooms the remote control of the air conditioning only works from the reception - this has long been known in the reviews, but there is no indication until you have walked down and up several floors. Jam dispenser, cocoa shaker broken, mirror in the room with disgusting streaks. Check-in request at reception at 2:53 p.m.: "It's still seven minutes to three." The cleaner in the next room doesn't accept the keys, we have to hand them over at the reception. There's a little bowl there... Shower is very "water efficient" per minute - it takes just 5 minutes for it to warm up. Overall, nothing, despite the perfect location.

Not bad , but the hotel is made from 3 diferent old buildings. This is not a problem , but you should check rooms before booking , some of them are good , some of them not so good .

Great hotel in a central location, unfortunately - and I only found out on the day of departure - there were problems with the cleaning service, which is why the rooms weren't clean. That's why I'm only giving the rooms three stars. On the day of arrival, the lady at reception was alone, which is why check-in took longer than expected. Normally she would have had to tell the person on the phone that someone was standing there and wanted to check in and then he would have to wait three minutes until the consultation continued, so we stood there for 12 minutes, as ordered and not picked up. The location of the hotel is excellent, absolutely central and the car park was easily accessible on foot in 2 minutes. I recommend parking in parking space C, you can then get in and out at ground level.The breakfast buffet was absolutely top, great and extensive selection. I will definitely come back and then the problems will certainly be eliminated and I can then give full points

We (luckily) only stayed at Ana Goggl for one night with our 5-month-old baby. Unfortunately, despite the “renovation”, the rooms are absolutely not nice. The bed creaked and was uncomfortable, there were spiders and cobwebs in the room, the walls were dirty and we found mold in the shower. It's better to bring your own baby bed, the bed they gave us was very old and looked pretty rancid. The rooms are also very noisy - you can hear the guests in the neighboring rooms as loudly as if they were standing next to you. Someone on the floor also vomited loudly - get well soon. Of course, putting a baby to bed in such noise is absolutely impossible.The staff were very positive for us, as they were always very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also very rich. The location is of course great!Nevertheless, in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel and the rooms are far too expensive!
