This type of apartment container, with practical, sensible and useful furnishings, is recommended to all frustrated business people who can strengthen their business skills with this Orwellian charm in this contactless and deserted environment. Thank God you can open the windows and jump if necessary! Soulless and contactless institution that has nothing left for a human heart. No breakfast option. Never again! Booked for 2 people with a child, we get a 1.40 meter bed. No cot available, ok but two at 1.40 meters is not okay and then three?I reported that there would be a larger bed (1.6 meters) for €25, but there was no room available. All clear, so no solution. My husband sent an email and didn't receive any solution, unless we could move the next day for an extra €25. A room is being sold for 2 people plus a child and the man gets exactly a 1.4 meter bed. Where should the baby sleep?We let him sleep on the floor with the second blanket! But the floor wasn't particularly clean.Absolutely unreasonable and the staff's reactions were sad, didn't you have another solution or accommodation for the second day?Please do not sell a room for 2 adults plus a child with a 1.4 meter bed if there are no children's beds available.Otherwise modern rooms.

Cheap and basically nicely furnished.Really not clean though. The drain in the shower was blocked so the entire bathroom flooded while showering.It wasn't really hot outside but it was very, very warm in the room. You couldn't really ventilate. The room is right on the highway and the windows are very noise-permeable.

Overall, the facility is modern and the concept worked well. However, our room wasn't really clean either. It smelled like cigarettes or car exhaust. Because when you tried to ventilate because the air conditioning didn't manage to get the heat out of the room (outside temperature 13 degrees), smelly air came in.Our bed sheet had stains and we found hair that was definitely not ours. Unpleasant. The toilet flush was broken and ran non-stop since I moved in until I removed the cover. In my opinion, someone could have noticed this beforehand.I would have liked to have another coffee in the evening, but the machine was broken.The location was great as we wanted to go to the stadium. And a supermarket and bakery were within walking distance in 10 minutes. Totally okay for us.All in all, not that great.

These are definitely single-person rooms unless you want to have to constantly smell each other's esses.For some reason that I still don't understand, the bathroom has a glass part and is not insulated. In fact, you can see the space slot easily. A rubber band doesn't cost more than 10 euros.Therefore, in addition to listening and smelling what the other person does, you spend your time listening to the noises of the pipes that never stop making noise.The bed is very small and creaks every time you lie down on it.Honestly the place is not terrible but for what you pay you expect to at least go to the bathroom in peace, the rest is super well equipped and very clean.Check in was super easy and intuitive

Accommodation: We booked for 3 people and got the room for 2, they accepted the booking and charged it as for 3 they sent an email saying they wouldn’t provide a 3rd bed instead of cancelling the bookingParking: They don’t say in the ad that you need to prebook carpark.Reception: they only work office hours and also the call centre, so if you have a problem, you are on your own.Customer Service: we didn’t have a bed for 1 person and the operator said it wasn’t her problem.They offered drinks for free and it was a joke (see the photo)Then Booking.com didn’t help either. Soooo disappointed.Hopefully we get our refund.

First of all, when we arrived at the place, the self check-in system didn't work. There started to gather other people as well who couldn't check-in. After one hour, someone came and fixed the issue.The room itself wasn't anything special.-It smelled like cigarette in the room-The bed was rather small for two people and it felt more like convertible sofa-the quality of the pillows were questionable-the room didn't provide some of the essentials like shampoo-there was only one big towel so one of us needed to dry themself with a smaller hand towel-the shower door didn't work, so you needed to either constantly push it so it didn't come at you or either keep it closed with your foot-We found silverfish from the room-the overall cleanness wasn't too good (e.g. the floors were dusty, the windows and the ceiling light were very dirty). We stayed for three nights and nobody came to clean the room within that time, but I'm not sure if it was even included.All in all, it was a room.

Check-in was very good and easy, the room was nice and modernly furnished, but unfortunately not clean: Unfortunately, there were several silverfish in my room on the first floor, one on the floor, one on the wall and then even one in the bed! In addition, I had a hair in the bed, which was definitely not mine, and the cleanliness of the entire room left something to be desired. As a result, I couldn't sleep a night and, after complaining, was assigned a different room on the fourth floor the following morning, including an upgrade to a larger room. Unfortunately, a lot of silverfish and occasionally other beetles or cockroaches were seen there over the next two days. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable the entire time and was happy to be able to check out after 3 nights. I had kept all my things up and locked as much as possible. Never again Smartments for me, which is why unfortunately only one star overall and for the room. The service overall was good and friendly, but two stars were deducted due to the lack of cleanliness. The starting point was perfect for me, but it is only accessible by public transport.

I was supposed to stay here for two weeks, but I had to check out one week earlier. They said a partial refund or rebooking were not possible.The biggest issue was that it was difficult to get in touch with someone outside the designated hours at the front desk. The self check-in system could definetely be improved as it's not working as intended.The rooms are ok, but there are things that could be improved:- Cleanness- The bed is not big enough for two people- The pillows and bed sheets are low quality- There is noise and you can hear people from other rooms- They don't provide essentials like shower gelThe nearest metro station was at 14 minutes walk, which could get annoying especially when the weather was bad.The value for money was not met, I would not book a room here again.

i had a really awesome stay of 3 weeks here. i loved it, it was perfect for my needs as a single person moving into munich. the rooms were super clean and cleaned weekly which was nice. fully stocked with dishware, utensils, etc. compact and unexpectedly helpful. location for me was fine, but i can see having to walk 10-15 min to the public transport tough otherwise. price was steep but i suppose on par for a good furnished place. would totally recommend!!

The location of the hotel is not good. It is located 15min away from the closest underground station. So it takes 40min to the city centre.The room is okay but the bed was really bad for 2 people and the pillows were almost inexisting.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for holidays. Maybe it is ok for a business trip.

The AC in the room provides barely any cold air even with temperature set to 5-15 degrees. At night, I could barely sleep especially during June summer season with the warm room.Other than that, the toilet bowl was not even clean and have stains in it.

I stayed for about a week during the Euro start period in mid-June.I was worried because I saw a lot of negative reviews about the room being dirty and the bed being uncomfortable, but I was very satisfied with the room being cleaner than I expected.It can be seen as a residence type rather than a hotel, and if you stay for more than 7 days, you can receive room cleaning service once in between.The non-face-to-face check-in system was concise and simple, so I was able to do it in one go without difficulty or problems.There is a laundry room in the basement, and you can make reservations through an app called rentwash and pay directly using the on-site machine. The washing machine and dryer were 2 euros each.The area called ‘Parkstadt Schwabing’ is a bit far from the center. You can take the U-Ban train within a 10-minute walk, so you can get into the city center in one go without transferring.The bed size is a double bed, but it is definitely too small for two people. It was okay for us as two women, but I think it might be uncomfortable for larger people. It's a bit disappointing that there is no lock in the bathroom.There was no major inconvenience during my stay and overall I was very satisfied.

They have taken a hardly-any-staff - approach. Check in at computer only. Difficult if you need anything.Room as such was okay. Not noisy or only a bit due to AC and fridge.Cleanliness seems to be a big problem.Room apparently not cleaned when I checked in. Toilet was super dirty :( and garbage had not been emptied.A few silverfish round off the predominantly mediocre impression.Overall I' say the price of 75€/night is not too cheap for this level of service.

So far so good. Self-checkin is a good idea, works great. The apartment itself was nicely furnished. Furniture slightly dirty. Directly on the main street, unfortunately very loud even with the windows closed. Garbage room in the next room had a very strong smell and was annoying.
