Starting with the rooms, a disaster with the heating and air conditioning, either too hot 🥵 or very cold 🥶 Fuses are constantly blowing and you are without power, especially on weekends. Windows do not open or are partially open and cannot be closed.There is a lack of communication among the employees. House keeping and cleaning staff are very unfriendly and can neither speak German nor English with the guest. Then you have an arrogant managing director J.M who evaluates the employees without him knowing them. He looks the employee in the eyes and lies, she asks questions and answers the questions himself. You are not respected by those in high places because they think they are something better. I had a trial day interview on October 8, 2024, which ended quite positively. I was promised that I had passed the probationary period and four days later he gave me notice on the far left after I finished working. However. There are a lot of complaints in this house, where I alone spent the first five months as a building technician. In this house, 24 seven were there for this house. Hotel that advertises with false information. The rooms are nice but small. Breakfast okay. Parking is quite expensive at EUR 20 per night. The hotel advertises “charging options for electric vehicles on the property.” But these don't exist. When we asked, we were told succinctly "we don't have it", without any hint of regret (or even an attempt to find a solution for us).

The service staff in the kitchen is absolutely amazing. We didn't have time to eat our sandwiches. The chef simply charged it to our lunch the following day. Lonely top!

Actually a nice hotel - check-in wasn't very pleasant - the tall woman with short hair was extremely unprofessional/overwhelmed (Marion)Arrived in the evening with a sleeping child in the car (got the wrong key 3 times and every time we came back the woman became noticeably unfriendly)I didn't even want to ask any more questions because I was afraid she would yell at meI have rarely had such an experience in other hotelsThe rest of the team was super friendly and helpfulPlease teach this woman the guest service basics again and I'll come back

I had never felt so unwelcome in a hospitality establishment in my life. Immediately after ordering my drink, the waitress was at the table with a manager and he asked me if I had already booked a room here... no, I hadn't at that point and the likelihood that this would ever happen or me or anyone Recommend this location is now more like 0%. The irony is, I'm currently listening to the audio book "Unreasonable hospitality" by Will Guidara. What a contrast.

Fairly priced mid-range hotel that is perfect for a short trip to MUC. We were right in the countryside and were able to stroll through the entire English Garden from the hotel. Breakfast for €12.50 (€16.50 on Sundays) is rich and more than sufficient. Underground parking for €20 per 24 hours (prices are calculated per hour) is directly on site.If you sleep with the window open at night, you can hear the highway - but that didn't bother us!

I spent 2 nights here because of a concert.The room was really very clean and modernly furnished. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, stove, kettle, etc.After my long journey, I wanted to lie down and sleep, but three cleaners came in, once with a knock and twice without. Hence the one star deduction!Otherwise I felt comfortable here.

We stayed at Dein Apart for five weeks and overall, we were quite satisfied. Our room had two bunk beds, air conditioning and was well designed with plenty of storage space for our things.The light green floor tiles in our bathroom were very sensitive to water stains, which appeared almost immediately.The staff was friendly, however the cleaning crew entered our room at least three times, despite the “no cleaning required” sign hanging outside the door.The hotel has a large underground parking garage. The breakfast was good, and free tea and coffee are available throughout the day.

The hotel is very good for the price and the rooms. The only bad thing that I didn't realize when booking was that they don't have air conditioning, which; In summer at 30 degrees you tell me how unbearable the heat in the room is and you ask for a fan and the unfriendly receptionist on the afternoon shift doesn't give you any solution, just telling you: it is what it is. 🤔 greetings like this while sleeping and all day

New hotel (3 buildings, some nearing completion), in a non-central but well-served location (in front of the bus stop and the next subway stop). Well equipped with kitchen complete with quality accessories and beds, adequate bathroom. Very clean. Free coffee/cappuccino/tea machines 24 hours a day.- unwelcoming reception, paid parking (there is no possibility of parking nearby), not all rooms have air conditioning (be careful when booking), rooms suitable for 2 people for 4 are small.However, excellent quality/price ratio, positive evaluation.

Brand new hotel. Lacks test-use. For sure it is going to be an ok place once problems are solved. For now you need to bring some patience.Actually the hotel is so new that it is not fully completed yet. Electric cables hanging Down. Basement not painted yet etc. Rooms are very nice - everythings new. Actually so new that things have not yet been testes. In our Rom the stove did not work, the tv was not installed and the bed was not completed correct. Finally the power went off 5-6 times during our 2 day stay. Placing is ok for visiting the centre or Fcb and bmw but the area itself is not interesting. Lidl just next to the hotel.

this hotel is horrible!!!!!!!!! fly infestations everywhere, incapable staff and terrible cleaning. it takes them 3 entire days to send a cleaning team to our room and they are unable to provide the resources we ask for. not to mention the extremely rude and cold reception service. overall disgusting experience. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

We are very enthusiastic about the hotel, totally clean and beautifully furnished. The staff is very nice, we were able to check in a little earlier.There is a bus stop right in front of the door, where a bus comes every few minutes. Supermarkets right behind the hotel.We also really liked the free coffee 24 hours a day.However, one thing bothered us: the sewage pipe in our kitchen was leaking, although we doubt whether the reception understood that it was leaking. A lot of things are still a construction site.The laundry room, garbage room and fitness studio cannot currently be used because the doors do not yet work.Otherwise a great hotel!

The hotel is brand new. Many things haven’t been finished yet. Cables hanging from ceiling and construction in front of the house. Parking is 20.- per night.The rooms are nice and stylish. But not super clean. Bed had many stains. Light in the room was broken when we checked in. Had a short circuit every day during our stay. Service really needs some major improvement. Everything is super slow. Daily room cleaning is not included. Staff is absolutely unhelpful. Nobody ever picks up the phone.Power plugs in the hallway seem to be broken - so the cleaning person will just knock on your door asking to plug in the vacuum cleaner in your room.
